Tomorrow marks 13 years since the massacre of January 21, 2011, where 4 protesters were killed in the middle of the boulevard. It started as a protest against the government, but it ended in bloodshed and those who caused this carnage were never held accountable.

Tomorrow, it is expected that the old avas will continue, where the Prime Minister and those behind him will pay homage on the Boulevard and wait for the families of those killed, where justice will be sought. The same rhetoric has been going on for 12 years, and the SP was doing this even before it came to power.

Now the card that will be used is Strasbourg. The European Court of Human Rights found that we are dealing with state murder, but no one is ignoring that decision.

The SP uses it to attack, but in fact it seems as if there is a silent pact that this event remains buried, because if the "pie noodles" are opened, everyone, both those in the opposition and those in power, can be affected. . To be more precise, the first to be summoned to the Prosecutor's Office and give explanations are 4 names: Edi Rama, Sali Berisha, Ilir Meta and Lulzim Basha.

The citizens who were killed were brought before the Prime Minister precisely by Edi Rama and the party he leads. Rama himself did not go to the boulevard that day, and Berisha accuses him of knowing that there would be revolts. He has never been questioned at the Prosecutor's Office about the protest and if the file is reopened, it may happen that the Prime Minister will also be questioned by SPAK as the initiator of the demonstration.

Then, Rama took the chief of the fire brigade and made him the mayor of Mat. Also, there was never a move to help clear up the incident.

SP has been in power for 10 years and the event has not been revealed. Rama hides behind the fact that he cannot influence justice, but there are other maneuvers. Just years ago, the SP filed a lawsuit against SPAK after the Garda wiretapping came out, but that lawsuit was also incomplete and SPAK did not accept it.

Undoubtedly, the main responsibility is Sali Berisha. He is accused as the person who ordered the murders. The Strasbourg document itself shows how he tampered with evidence, put pressure on Justice and distorted investigations. So he is the primary responsibility and obviously does not want to open the file. On the other hand, Berisha blames Rama, showing that everyone is involved in this state crime.

Another name that scares from this file is undoubtedly Lulzim Basha, who is probably the person who, if he speaks, can put an end to this debate once and for all. Basha was the Minister of the Interior at that time and had the responsibility to guarantee order. In the interceptions that have come out recently, at one point Basha comes out and asks for a meeting with Prendi. Someone gave the order to kill and there are three who did it, either Sali Berisha, or Lulzim Basha, or Ndrea Prendi. The ex-minister has always been silent on this matter and has never spoken, because if he speaks, he will undoubtedly sink himself.

The fourth person is Ilir Meta. Not that he has any legal responsibility, but "January 21" happened because of him. It was his video with Dritan Prifti that caused the protest and then the murders on the Boulevard. Meta was part of the government at the time and knows what happened. He too, like Basha, has avoided "January 21" as much as possible. Even when he was President, this date always found him outside.

So in short, everyone is immersed in January 21. From Rama, Berisha, Meta and Basha. And that is the reason why this file has been buried since 2011 and as long as they are in politics, it will hardly be opened. / Pamphlet
