From illegal constructions on the sea to legalizations with forged documents, Aida Demi has returned to public office as director of the Port of Saranda, amid suspicions of links to a vast network of corruption...
In May of last year, the Court of Saranda imposed the security measure 'compulsory appearance' on Aida Demi, former director of the Cadastre in Saranda, after she was accused by the prosecution of abuse of office and falsification of documents.
When she led the Albanian Democratic Party (ASHK) during the years 2021-2024, Aida Demi, supported by Demi of Tirana, legalized and mortgaged with false papers a 4-story building belonging to former DP MP Gani Hoxha in Saranda.
The plan was to arrest her, but with the intervention of Demi of Tirana, Aida Demi escaped with a mandatory appearance order, while two of her soldiers Erald Lika and Ermen Stroka were placed under house arrest.
Before being charged by the Prosecution, Aida Demi had wreaked havoc with false legalizations and property theft in Saranda, mainly on the orders of Demi of Tirana, who had appointed her to that public position as a 'cop' by Edi Rama.
Aida Demi was dismissed by Rama in January 2024, after it was discovered that in front of her hotel, built without permission and with dirty money, she had filled the sea with inert materials, turned it into land, legalized it, and transferred it to her family's ownership.
With a purchase contract on July 5, 2019, the Ministry of Finance sold a piece of land and sea to the Demi family, turning the sea into land. After just 4 days, the Demi family received the ownership certificate, not for the 600 m2 they purchased, but for 1325 m2, building a bar-restaurant on it, as an extension of the hotel.
After his dismissal, Edi Rama went to Saranda and liked the bar and swimming pool that Aida Demi had built above the flooded sea, an area of 1325 m2, half of which he had corruptly purchased from the state and half of which he had stolen. After this vision, precisely in August 2024, Rama, in his capacity as the chairman of the KKT, grants permission for the addition of 4 floors to the building of Aida Demi's family. "On the approval of project changes during construction for the facility: "Additional 4 floors to the 2 floors above ground building of Hotel "Demi", located in the Municipality of Saranda", with developer Mr. Avenir Demi".
Instead of SPAK taking over and the Demi restaurant on the crowded sea being demolished like Rama is doing today from Theth to Vlora, Aida began to rehabilitate herself and re-enter Babloku's plans after her involvement in the May 11 elections, with acquaintances, money, and criminal elements.

Në kulmin e shkarkimeve në pushtetin lokal në kuadër të përgatitjes për të hyrë në BE, Edi Rama vendosi disa ditë më parë të emëronte Aida Demin, që thau detin dhe e mori për vete, 'kapitene' të Portit të Sarandës.
Ky emërim që kompromenton njëherësh të dyja kauzat e Edi Ramës; ndërtimet pa leje dhe drejtorët e korruptuar, ishte një mesazh edhe për prokurorinë që duhet t'a shpëtojë Aida Demin. Pas masakrës me legalizime dhe zhvatje pronash me letra false, tashmë grupi i Demit të Tiranës ka 'kapitenen' e duhur në Portin e Sarandës, ku skafet e turistëve dhe narkosve ngarkohen dhe shkarkohen në kujdesin e një dore të besuar. Aida Demi është sot fytyra e administratës 'evropiane' që ka ngritur Edi Rama.

Pamfleti ka informacione që Gaz Demi ka ndërhyrë duke korruptuar prokurorin e dosjes penale të Aida Demit, me qëllim për të mbyllur çështjen e saj dhe për t'a shpëtuar nga burgu, jo vetëm si kthim restoje për kryerjen e legalizimeve false dhe mbulimin e pastrimit të parave me hotele, por edhe për shkak se zonja Demi mund të mos e mbajë burgun, bëhet e penduar dhe i hap punë të gjithë organizatës me kokën në ish- Bllok. Ftojmë SPAK të monitorojë procesin penal të Aida Demit.
Kjo ndërtesë që mban emrin Demi Hotel është simboli i grabitjes së pronës publike në Sarandë, ndërtimit pa leje dhe pastrimit të parave të pista. Fillimisht ka qenë si kioskë, katet shtoheshon vit pas viti pa leje dhe legalizoheshin, herë nga vetë Aida Demi si drejtoreshë e ASHK-së, herë me ndikimin e saj si drejtoreshë juridike në Bashkinë e Sarandës dhe herë me ndihmën e Gaz Demit.
Më pas u ndërtua edhe godina e dytë, gjithashtu pa leje. Pas vitit 2023, hyn në lojë Edi Rama me KKT, duke miratuar dy vendime, një kat objek shërbimi dhe më pas katër kate shtesë, pasi familja Demi e kishte shtuar ndërkohë një kat pa leje. Ndërkohë, familja Demi (Enise Demi, Avenir Demi dhe Aida Demi) mbushën detin me inerte, e legalizuan dhe ndërtuan mbi të një tjetër zgjatim të përbindëshit që rritej dhe zgjerohej vit pas viti.
Hotel Demi në Sarandë është një aset kriminal që duhet të sekuestrohet nga SPAK; korrupsion, pastrim parash, zhvatje, falsifikime, ndërtim pa leje, zaptim dhe për më tepër lidhje me një trafikant droge nga Maqedonia.
