The appointment of Russian citizen Walter Borisovic Kryemadhi as advisor to the Albanian Embassy in Germany has opened a criminal investigation against Ambassador Aida Sakiqi. The proceedings initiated by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office are related to suspicions of violations in the appointment procedures and a potential risk to the security of diplomatic information. According to the documents, the person in question has declared a dual identity and has business activities in Albania, while the case was identified by German services and reported to SHISH. The investigations are expected to verify his identity, connections and the manner of his involvement in the staff of the Albanian Embassy in Berlin.
The scandal of the appointment of Russian Walter Borisovic to the Albanian Embassy in Germany, with the duty of advisor, is already under investigation by the Tirana Prosecution Office, with Criminal Proceeding No. 6025, dated August 8, 2025, where the subject of the investigation is Ambassador Aida Sakiqi.
Sakiqi was appointed ambassador to the European Union's leading country because of her close relationship with Prime Minister Edi Rama's wife, Linda Rama. This relationship has allegedly given her great power to make appointments to the embassy staff and administer funds.
The list of appointments made by Ambassador Aida Sakiqi also includes Russian Walter Borisovic, an appointment that has raised concerns about the status of the diplomatic corps and the security of the information that the embassy receives from Albanian national security services and exchanges with German agencies.
The orders, influences, connections or interests that forced Ambassador Aida Sakiqi to appoint Russian Walter Borisovic as an advisor to the embassy's management staff are unknown, where he worked until he was identified by German secret services and the case was reported to SHISH.
Through documents, "Pamphlet" has discovered that the Russian was employed at the embassy with the surname "Kryemadhi", specifically with his full identity: Walter Borisovic Kryemadhi. He stated that he was born in Germany on April 17, 1996 and that he has Albanian citizenship.
He declared the mother to be Russian citizen Anna Borisovna, while the fathers were citizens Borisovic and Albanian citizen Valter Fatbardh Kryemadhi from the village of Sheqeras in Korça.
It is the Prosecution Office that will investigate this identity with dual paternity and third Albanian citizenship, in addition to Russian and German citizenships, of Russian Walter Borisovic Kryemadhi, whom Ambassador Aida Sakiqi has appointed as her advisor.
According to data, Russian Walter Borisovic Kryemadhi also owns two businesses in Albania, specifically the company "Flara" sh.pk, where he has 10% shares, and the company "Egnatia Travel" sh.pk, where he has 20% shares, both with offices in the "Delijorgji" complex.
Also, Walter Borisovic Kryemadhi is employed as a translator at the religious foundation "Diakonia Albania", while in the 2017 parliamentary elections he was a candidate for deputy in Tirana for the "LIBRA" party.
While Bulgarian Biljana Naumov, also employed in the diplomatic contacts office at the Albanian Embassy in Germany by Ambassador Aida Sakiqi, according to data, it appears that before her appointment she was a resident in Subotica, Serbia, and completed her studies in philosophy in Novi Sad. /Pamphlet

Walter eshte komshiu im, djal I sjellshem I edukuar dhe shume punetor. Ka lindur ne Gjermani po u kthyen ne Shqiperi. Nena eshte ruse cka ketu per tu cuditur Normal qe ka dy pashaporta Jane njerez punetore dhe qe shikojne punen e tyre. Djali eshte shkolluar ketu, flet 5 gjuhe te huaja rrjedhshme dhe cdo gje e ka e ka arritur vete duke punuar me punera te ndershme. Kjo teoria e konspiracionit eshte trillim... Duke qene se jane femije te integruar ne Evrope normal qe do martohen me evropiane... Eshte e ndaluar te punosh ne ambasade meqe ke mamane ruse....
