To be clearer. Today, the government's decision approved last week on the definition of cadastral areas where medical cannabis will be planted was published in the Official Gazette. The Minister of Agriculture herself did not give any details when announcing the decision, saying that agricultural areas are excluded. But according to the map provided by the decision, the area where it will be planted is that of Shkodra and Malesia e Madhe. There are 17 areas in these two cities that have been selected where the planting of cannabis will be allowed. 11 are in Malesia e Madhe and 6 are in the villages of Shkodra.
But there seems to be something else hidden behind this project. First, it is clear that the government is entering into competition with criminal groups because cannabis will be cultivated in villages known for its cultivation. The government has so well codified the articles that no one is putting their hand in this market.
Evil mouths say that Rama may bring in Tom Doshi, who owns a pharmaceutical company. It is not without reason that Doshi is seeking entry into the Assembly now and intends to take some deputies.
