When on October 17, 2024, the General Director of the Guard, Ermal Onuzi, allowed the entry of special forces into the premises of the parliament, Minister Ervin Hoxha initially denied it, then considered it carelessness and lack of experience on the part of the head of the guard, since he had only been working in this position for 1 month.
But information received in "Pamfleti" proves that the Director of the Guard, Ermal Onuzi, has "a wealth of experience" in illegal positions and dirty work, in the duties he has performed over the past 22 years in state security services and private security companies.
A month ago, investigative agencies submitted to Prime Minister Edi Rama and Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha a report compiled with denunciations from Guard officers and Guard bodyguards, regarding an illegal activity that they are forced to carry out on the orders of their boss.
The report states that after taking office in September 2024, the head of the guard, Ermal Onuzi, has created a network of officers and bodyguards of the guard, who collect data on ministers and officials of SPAK, BKH, the Special Court, and officials who are protected by the guard.
The task is to guarantee their physical security, but the Director of the Guard, Ermal Onuzi, has ordered them to memorize the conversations and actions of ministers, special justice officials, and officials they have under their protection, but also to report on any unofficial meetings and other contacts.
The report states that illegal electronic, visual and environmental surveillance devices are also used to collect data that is given to the head of the guard, Ermal Onuzi; while he hands it over to his superiors, who for him are Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister Ervin Hoxha.
They appointed him to this position in violation of the law, only to perform the duty of a "bug" which he carries out through his bodyguards, eavesdropping on ministers and special justice officials.
The same thing, even with favors towards traffickers, smugglers and services of countries unfriendly to Albania and countries under US-EU sanctions, was done by Chief Guard Ermal Onuzi during the years 2005-2009, when he was an official in the Military Intelligence Service, where he was circulated and suspended 3 times, for connections with criminal exponents and selling classified information, and he even drafted false reports on the activity of the Gërdec factory.
After being dismissed from the Military Intelligence Service, instead of being dismissed from military service and brought to justice; by order of Prime Minister Sali Berisha, he was transferred to SHISH, where he remained until February 2022.
While working at SHISH, he was caught several times leaking information related to criminal activities, and was circulated in several sectors with interference from influential people in the dome of power and justice until he was removed from SHISH.
Also in February 2022, after leaving SHISH, Ermal Onuzi was appointed Deputy Director General of the Defense Intelligence and Security Agency (AISM); but in February 2023 he was removed at the request of the NATO office, for violating information security and inappropriate contacts.
In March 2023, powerful business friends who rescued him from prison made him director of operations at the company "S2 Secure Albania" that has scanning at the Port of Durrës and the border crossing, where he was booked by SHISH, Anti-Crime and DEA, for allowing drug and oil smuggling.
For 6 months, Ermal Onuzi has been the Head of the Guard, where as we said earlier, he is serving as a "bug" for Babloku and Minister Ervin Hoxha, to wiretap ministers and officials of the new justice system; but in the Guard, he has appointed 13 people with criminal records, has given illegal positions and ranks and privately serves as Guard bodyguards to some oligarchs.
