Llangozi says that BKH agents seized Nallbat's mobile phone, as they suspect that he had contacts with crime. As according to the lawyer, it also appears in the interceptions of 'Sky'...
SPAK's action a few days ago has revived debates regarding the results. Since those arrested were all in prison, there have been suspicions that the operation was foiled. There are about 30 names whose whereabouts are unknown.
Lawyer Arben Llangozi, who exploded the "bomb", spoke about this. According to him, SPAK and BKH suspect that the operation was de-conspired by the one who had the task of leading the operation, Neritan Nallbati, Director of the Criminal Police Department.
In an interview, Llangozi says that BKH agents seized Nallbat's cell phone, as they suspect that he had contacts with crime. As according to the lawyer, it also appears in the interceptions of 'Sky'. According to him, Duman's word that there are very high-ranking police officials connected to the crime came out.
" We have 50 arrest warrants and only 20 of these have been executed. Most of them are in custody. The police somehow failed to execute them and there are suspicions that the police cooperated and notified the groups not to execute these restraining orders.
To my knowledge and what Dumani said before the KLP, that we have implications at the high levels of the police, is true. As far as I know, BKH has seized the phone of a police chief, or rather it has to do with Mr. Nallbati. Mr. Nallbati's phone was seized by BKH. He has appeared in SKY talks and it is suspected that he violated the execution of court decisions. This was discussed in the corridors of SPAK. We have implications at the highest levels of the police ," he said.
SPAK announced that during the mega-operation, 50 arrest warrants were issued, as well as assets worth over 4.5 million euros were seized, including: luxury vehicles, camera surveillance systems, a poker table, large amounts of gold and jewelry.
According to the Special Prosecutor's Office, during this operation, seven criminal groups with considerable power and geographical scope of their criminal activity were hit in some of the main cities of the country such as Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Lezhë, Fushë Krujë and Rreshen.
Out of 50 arrest warrants, 14 of them were executed in Albania, and 6 abroad where, thanks to the cooperation of Interpol Tirana with their counterparts, it became possible to arrest Albanian citizens in Italy (2 persons), Germany (1 person) and Spain (1) and Belgium (2).
The announcement also states that Ervis Martinaj's group had an alliance with Arben Ndoka's group. Martinaj requested the execution of F. Hysen. According to SPAK, Martinaj was helped by Emiljano Shullazi. Also, it is said that Martinaj was helped by Aldo Avdylaj. The announcement specifies that the murder of Shkëlzen Kastrati has been solved.
