The Special Prosecutor's Office has scanned the wealth of a significant number of politicians. While the ILDKP sleeps and has significantly reduced the denunciations of asset concealment, SPAK, within the framework of the investigations it has launched for deputies, ministers, former ministers or mayors, has requested the help of the ILDKP and the Cadastre to verify their asset declarations.

There are even those who have dozens of apartments and properties worth millions of euros. But it seems that everyone is getting their turn little by little. According to official data, SPAK has requested the ILDKP until the end of last year, the property declarations for 23 names. But it is learned that this number has increased significantly recently, exceeding 30.
Following the fulfillment of the mutual commitments arising from the implementation of the cooperation agreement with the Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), the exchange of mutual data and information has continued with the aim of intensifying mutual cooperation in the issues of violations of the legal framework in the field of conflict of interests and declaration of assets, as well as for possible criminal offenses related to corruption. Also, following the support of the SPAK structures on the investigations launched for officials who are subjects of the declaration of private interests, it has made available, for 23 cases, all the necessary information administered by the High Inspectorate for these subjects . , it is stated in the annual report of ILDKP for the past year.
But who are the politicians that SPAK is investigating in terms of wealth? According to the information, the former president Ilir Meta together with Monika Kryemadhi is the first in the sieve. It is also learned that SPAK has received from ILDKP the property data of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. Another name is Ilir Beqaj, former Minister of Health, currently in prison. Former minister Olta Xhaçka is also on the list.
There are also 3 PD MPs in the scanner: Flamur Noka, Luan Baçi and Asllan Dogjani. The latter was questioned by the prosecutors a few days ago and refused to give details, but it is known that he was called on the investigations that have started against him, as there are suspicions that he has hidden the wealth, not declaring it correctly in the annual declaration in ILDKP. According to the information, SPAK has sent letters to several institutions, such as Cadastre, ILDKP, etc., while the testimony of the deputy has become part of the file.
Earlier, Luan Baçi went to SPAK. Citizen Aredin Behari took him to SPAK. In this report, the citizen Behari claims that the deputy Baçi has hidden an asset of almost 800 thousand euros through the machinations of an investment with his close person. Citizen Behari shows through the evidence how in the period 2010-2011 the MP Luan Baçi, through his wife, made an investment worth 783 thousand euros in cash in a tourist complex in Vlora. Citizen Behari claims that deputy Baçi did not declare this investment to the ILDKP, as he is afraid of a financial investigation by SPAK.
Another name is Flamur Noka. SPAK has launched a property investigation for the MP and his family. The scope of the investigation includes the investigation and verification of all financial transactions on behalf of him, his wife and two children.
