Gëzim Hoxha (defendant by SPAK and with 1.3 million Euros seized from Ergys Agas's structured criminal group) continues his illegal business with Macedonians suspected of money laundering. Rama is silent, the opposition does not dare, and the question remains: Who represents Albanian diplomacy?
Only two months into his term, the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha, was involved in a serious scandal, revealed by communication in a ministry “Chat” group, where he called the Albanians of North Macedonia “idiots”. Prime Minister Edi Rama is silent, and consequently the Government, the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi, the Socialist Party and the parliamentary majority, within which no one dares to speak without the permission of the “sultan” of power, have shut up. While Minister Ferit Hoxha, caught up in the scandal, deleted the message and then came out and officially denied it, but in Albania and Macedonia the insult he made to his compatriots caused massive and harsh reactions.
But the scandal does not end with his words. While Minister Hoxha showed that he despises and insults his fellow Albanians in North Macedonia, his brother, Gëzim Hoxha, charged with a criminal measure of ban on leaving the territory of Albania, compulsory reporting and seizure of 1.3 million Euros as a member of the structured criminal group "Agasi", has partnerships and does business precisely with Macedonian citizens who have problems with justice.
Specifically, the minister's brother is a partner with Macedonian citizen Nenad Makelarski in the company "B&T Signaal Traffic Solutions", established on September 9, 2013, with the object of trade, consultancy, ICT services, and intelligent transport systems products. In this same company, Gëzim Hoxha is a co-administrator with another Macedonian citizen, Daut Elmazi, about whom reports from Macedonian and Albanian investigative agencies say that he carries out "laundering" schemes for dirty money.
Three weeks after the creation of this company, specifically on October 1, 2013, Gëzim Hoxha sold 26% of the shares to his company “First” Sh.pk for 36 thousand 400 lekë, fraudulently claiming that he left the company. And the Macedonian partner Nenad Makelarski, on the same day, sold 26% of the shares to his company “BTS Adra Traffic Solutions” for 36 thousand 400 lekë, fraudulently claiming that he left the company. But in reality, they continue to be partners of the company “B&T Signaal Traffic Solutions”.
On April 21, 2015, they suspended their activities indefinitely, after being informed informally that a joint Albanian-Macedonian investigation had been launched against them in February 2015 for money laundering and illegal transfers through their company. But although the company has been listed as suspended in the National Business Center since 2015, the minister's brother and the two Macedonians continue their activities illegally and are not subject to taxes.
So, we have a Foreign Minister who calls Macedonian Albanians "idiots", while his brother, accused of embezzlement and part of a criminal group, does illegal business with Macedonians suspected of money laundering. The simple question: Who is representing Albania in Brussels? And why is Prime Minister Rama silent, while the double scandal of his minister is burning in the public eye? / Pamphlet
