Although ILDKP has installed the online asset declaration system, the declarations are not public to citizens and the media...
Information terr with declarations of assets by the authorities.
According to the law on the declaration and control of assets, every politician and state official is obliged to make the asset declaration of the previous year by the month of March.
This process started in 2003 and every year ILDKP published statements. Even during the time that Shkëlqim Ganaj was at the head of it, the names of persons who were found guilty of violations were also published, including the names of deputies, judges, etc.
But since Evgjeni Bashari came to the head of ILDKP, the situation has changed. First, the number of lawsuits dropped significantly. Previously, there were deputies, heads of municipalities who were accused, but now the number has dropped significantly and only a few directors end up in the prosecutor's office. Likewise, the names of persons with violations are no longer published. ILDKP hides behind the privacy protection law.
But the scandal does not end there, since for 2 years there has been an informational terrain on political statements. SPAK has entered a new phase and during the last year there have been calls for names like Berisha, Meta and several ministers.
But in this delicate period, the ILDKP has blocked the data on asset declarations. Two years ago, the online asset declaration system was installed, and politicians made online declarations for the first time. The deadline was even pushed back from March to November. But even though the system has been put into operation, the data is not public. The rubric created for public access is not working.

ILDKP does not even release the statements even upon official request, stating that they will be online very soon. The last statements that came out from ILDKP are for the year 2020, while the data of the years 2021 and 2022 for all politics and administration are not accessible.
The other scandal is that politics itself is too happy. In the resolution that the Assembly approved in July, it praised the work of ILDKP without touching at all the fact that the assets are not public. Although ILDKP is controlled by the Assembly, there is no requirement from this body that the online system be accessible to citizens. / Pamphlet
