The partner Kira Cami is the daughter of Ergys Cami, the orthopedic surgeon at the Trauma Hospital, while the other partner Floresha Haxhimemini is the mother of Sedi Haxhimemini, also an orthopedic surgeon at the Trauma Hospital, also related to the director Edlira Bode.

In this tender, there is a fact and an indication for a criminal investigation by SPAK:
- Director Edlira Bode, has disqualified the offer of the company "INCOMED Sh.pk", worth 240 million lek less than the offer of surgeons and partners of Check-up and Laboratories concessions.
