The tragic event in Shkodër, where 3 people went to the morgue within a few minutes, was not a simple chronicle.
Since, apart from the account of the gangs, we are dealing with a political, but also a social and human tragedy, outside the context of criminal groups.
In the assassination attempt on the main road entering the city from the border with Montenegro, a citizen was killed who was thought to be the target, your companion, no less and no more but the only son of a high political official in the city, namely the chairman of the Assembly of Lulzim Basha's party, but also two citizens who had nothing to do with the event or the target. They were just crossing the road.
The event does not seem random, neither how it started nor how it fired the 'gong' of a campaign for the next elections. Where, among others, a role is expected to be played by criminal gangs, of course according to the importance of the place and time.
The already several years of bloodshed in Shkodër, which has claimed many victims that no one has discovered, seems to have played only the next act of a foretold chronicle of blood and violence that will not stop. But Shkodra is neither the first nor the only one. There is even worse than that, although apparently the crimes committed in Shkodër are more demonstrative.
As the old man said: You haven't seen anything yet; the situation is the same in Durrës, where the gangs are 'bullets in their mouths', to start a death drive, after they have been paid or given bonuses to be the commissioners of vote insurance.
