Speculations about Rama's control over SPAK and justice reform are as useless as the rhetoric of those trying to escape the consequences of corruption. The truth is that the justice reform and SPAK are not the product of the will of an Albanian politician, but a pure imposition by internationals. Those who forced them to sign in favor of the justice reform will be the ones who will close the cell door for three dark figures of Albanian politics: two have fallen, the third is in 'free fall.'
