The departure of the Americans from SPAK seems to have left no vacuum in the new justice system; on the contrary, it has increased support and attention even more.
As it is learned, after the visit of the British ambassador and those of the EU to the SPAK headquarters, who expressed support, the action of their apparatus was immediate and efficient.
With energetic actions by services, but also with reactive political pressure, European powers have managed to finally thwart the action to change or reform the special prosecutor's office.
Sali Berisha's successive statements that SPAK is not under Edi Rama's control, or today's one, where he said that the unification of votes in the Assembly failed and mentioned the case of Etjen Xhafa, were a clear message to the British and Germans. Edi Rama, a few days after an incessant attack on SPAK, repented and asked the SP MPs to stop any public statements. He took the blame for a stance by Etjen Xhafaj, who in fact did not attack SPAK at all, he simply gave his opinion on the “Veliaj” case.
Followed by Edi Rama's statement that "we will not remain silent now but will express our opinion."
Etjen Xhafaj neither attacked anyone nor did he attack SPAK, he simply gave an opinion on a television show, called by journalists.
What Edi Rama has done is something completely different, as he was not asked by anyone, but gave an official position, in the meetings of the SP parliamentary group, that is, as head of the majority, or even from his office in the prime minister's office, as head of government.

Late last night, Rama's propaganda kitchen supplied the media close to him with the news that the prime minister had given MP Etjen Xhafaj a cold shower, to give an 'Ok!' to the British and Germans, that he had received their message.
All this turmoil has shown how strong, how intense and efficient the Anglo-German operation was, which seems to have lacked not only the power, but also the arguments to stop Edi Rama and Sali Berisha from the action to crush SPAK.
