"Forgetfulness" of Ilir Meta's proceedings; stopping the case of Sali Berisha only in the 'Partizani' case; the preparation of a new pact for justice in Parliament; the withdrawal of the Tropoja mountaineer and the Çorovoda mountaineer in the attacks on Edi Rama and the concentration of blows on Erion Veliaj, are distinct signs of a new season. The season that resembles the old and sometimes early "detantas" of the heavyweights in the country.
Pacts between the big ones who have consolidated their position, against other actors.
The most recent case of this pact was 2008, which turned Albania into a Republic of the prime minister and the leaders of the political parties. Meanwhile, earlier in 2002, Fatos Nano made another pact with Sali Berisha to hit his enemies: Edi Rama, Fatos Klosi, Rexhep Meidani, etc.
