Evacuate Tehran: Why Trump's warning is a message of war
The G7 summit in Canada turned into a scene of discord within the West. Donald Trump, more as a military commander than a political leader, abandoned the joint statement on de-escalation with Iran and directly warned the citizens of Tehran: “Leave now!”
Such a declaration is not merely symbolic, it is a green light for a broad military offensive, which could ignite the entire Middle East, involve major powers like Russia and China, and also jeopardize security in the Balkans.
Trump is no longer president, he is behaving like a wartime general. He urgently returned to Washington, instructing the Pentagon and the National Security Council to "prepare for every scenario."
The refusal to sign the G7 declaration against escalation is not only a slap in the face to Europe, but also a kick to the very ideas of the Western alliance. France and Germany demand dialogue; Trump demands Iran's surrender. And to reinforce this rhetoric, he uses the most powerful weapon: unconditional support for Israel.
Israel has entered war mode. After the explosions in Tehran and the airstrikes on Iranian state targets, Netanyahu's government sees Trump's support as a "carte blanche" to go all the way. And in this case, the end means: the collapse of the Iranian regime, at all costs.
What is happening is a scenario that will scorch more than the Middle East. It will affect Europe, cause refugee exodus, plunge NATO into a new crisis, but the Balkans, including Albania, will not be immune.
As global tensions reach a critical point, official Albania remains silent. No stance from the Prime Minister. No word from the Foreign Ministry. No analysis from the Parliament. What do we expect? Or another wave of immigrants at the border?
If Albania is truly a strategic ally of the US and part of NATO, it must have a voice. Whether in support of peace, or in a clear position for a diplomatic solution. Silence is complicity.
If Trump's word becomes a missile for Israel, and Europe's silence translates into weakness, then we have entered a world where diplomacy is dead. And in this world, small countries like Albania are simply battlefields./ Pamphlet
