The Director of Cadastre, Dallandyshe Bici, seeing the crap created by Artan Lame and the practice of securitization of deputies, ministers, police chiefs, mayors, oligarchs and the "strong", insisted that the cadastral service go through the e-albania system.
But Prime Minister Edi Rama also accompanied this solution with an alleged apology for the massacre in the Cadastre, which was actually a mockery of the citizens, acting as if he did not know that ALUIZNI and the Cadastre are the biggest pits of crime and corruption with properties in 10 years of his power.
We are focusing on 3 moments of hypocrisy from the apology requested by the Prime Minister and on 3 realities:
Bablok's first statement/ - The main actor of this whole gloomy story in the Cadastre is corruption, which has prevented it from becoming what it should be, the safe bank of Albanians".
However, the massacre and corruption in the Cadastre were not done by "UFOs", but by the central directors, especially Artan Lame and the regional directors, who after being arrested and dismissed for property crimes, were later released and appointed to other positions.
As is the case of the former Director of ALUIZNI-Vlora and zonal leader of SP, Egon Velaj, who 3 days after being sentenced to prison for property crimes, by order of Bablok, was appointed Director of Detention of Vlora, while now he has been appointed specialist in the Municipality, but also of the 42 directors changed in the last 7 years in the Cadastres of Vlorë-Saranda, Durrës-Fier-Tirana-Elbasan.
Bablok's second statement - "Cadastre has been taken hostage by MPs, ministers and mayors, preventing it from functioning as an institution of real estate for Albanians. I don't know, they are ashamed, but I am ashamed".

Deklarata e tretë e Bablokut/ - “Me gojën plot dhe kokën ulur, sot është dita për t’i kërkuar ndjesë të madhe në emër të PS të gjithë atyre që kanë kaluar në zinxhirin e torturave në Kadastër dhe pres që shkaktarët të japin dorëheqje”.
Pyetje: - Përse duhet t’u bëhet thirrje për dorëheqje, kur ata duheshin shkarkuar me kohë, duheshin përjashtuar përgjithmonë nga administrata publike e duheshin çuar para drejtësisë?
