Under these conditions, Gazmir Sardi accused the prosecutor's office of being part of the corruption and conspiracy against him. However, all the courts from the first instance, the Appeal, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court upheld the decisions of the prosecution. Gazmir Sardi also accused the courts of being part of the conspiracy. The media gave his version and some facts, such as the billing of 94 tobacco farmers in Korça, as if they had sold chrome.
But, again, there was no evidence for the big conspiracy. And the courts of first instance and appeal may have been corrupted, but when the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court stated that there was no conspiracy, doubts began to arise that Gazmir Sardi was making things up and had paranoia. Xhevdet Hyseni himself, accused for years by Gazmir Sardi, has stated that Gazmir Sardi had left the money in gambling, bankrupting the tobacco company Sardi shpk. According to him, Sardi had paranoia, delusions and was not completely mentally normal. Since Xhevdet Hyseni was accused, his version was treated with reservations.
