Edi Rama, since Vetvendosja came to power in Kosovo, as a large anti-corruption and anti-abuse coalition, has fought Albin Kurti, as he has seen him as an eminent danger to him.
Albin Kurti is actually the most popular Albanian politician not only in Kosovo, but also in all Albanian countries. The special thing about Kurt is that the sympathy towards him in the space of the Albanians of Montenegro, those of Albania, the Presheva Valley, in North Macedonia or the diaspora, is that he is not sympathized from an ideological point of view.
Even though Albin Kurti is not a classical leftist in the national concept, but in the economic doctrine, the prime minister of Kosovo has unlimited sympathy among conservatives, religious, Muslims, Catholics, atheists, liberals, etc.
Since the core of Kurti's basic doctrine is that of Renaissance, that is, a modern redefinition of the League of Prizren in all Albanian vilayets. This is a fact!
Now to enter politics, Albin Kurti is naturally a resourceful mind, talented, with the ability to get votes from here and there in the entire political spectrum of Kosovo. So also among the voters of the supporters of the KLA, those of the LDK, voters who have been marginalized as believers or religious practitioners, NGOs and liberals.
Basically, Albin Kurti compromises in ideology, but does not give up on the national aspect of his convictions.
For example, Hashim Thaçi, even though Drenicak considers the northern municipalities as "part of Ranković's gift".
Albin Kurti says that neither he nor anyone has the right to trade with the lands of Kosovo. A kind of Arafat or even the Balkan Rabbi Yitshak, in the normal logic of dealing with land and people.
Edi Rama, unlike Kurti, connects everything with the centers of power, supports Thaci, the opposition of Kosovo and lures him, even though she has denigrated and insulted him to the maximum. Even attract Vjosa Osmani, who is the Kosovo politician who has insulted Edi Rama and the socialists the most. And why? To overthrow Albini! Because in reality Albin Kurti is Edi Rama's most important rival. He is what Rama is not. Albini is his political opposite. He is not corrupt, he does not give concessions, he does not compromise for what he believes.
And Edi Rama does not know political conviction and principle at all, yes at all. Rama sells and sold everyone close to him just to stay in power. Albin Kurti showed in 2020 that he runs away even when he is against America. But who has the talent to find a new ally as happened with Angela Merkel.
And these qualities have made Albin Kurti have ideological and irrational followers, but who are ready to walk with him until "death". Even when he is not the Prime Minister. And this was seen in the 2021 elections, when Kurti received many more votes than in 2020.
As for Rama, the moment he is overthrown from office, everyone will betray him. Because he has no principles, no idea, or belief in how he sees Kosovo tomorrow. Where does Rama part with Kurti? Albini will not give the north to Serbia. That's why he says: Recognize me as a state, then let's make the Association. Here, Albini does not move, even if he is knocked down, even if he is killed. Edi Rama knows this, he is trying to overthrow him. What if there is a big riot tomorrow in the north of Kosovo, will it break into a small war? Edi Rama is overthrown overnight, and Albin Kurti can become prime minister of Albania if he wants.
Of course, what we are saying is a metaphor, but the fact is that in Albania a political majority can be created from the left to the right that joins Albini's cause. And Edi Rama knows this very well, so he is attacking him to bring him down. But it has no reason or cause with it. Unlike Albini, who has a cause that everyone supports. No one contests the cause of Albin Kurti, they just deal with his tactics with Rama and the internationals. Well, why don't they negotiate with Albini but simply ask him to implement their demands? Because they know that Albini is right. And this is exactly the main reason that Rama does not overthrow Albin, let alone move a thousand stones. It is not right!/ Pamphlet
