The long-awaited assembly of the ruling party, because it was announced in a period of successive scandals, produced nothing compared to the expectations of public interest. Whoever expected responsibility for the degradation of the government, for the shocking affair of the incinerators, for the abuses of the deputies and local elected officials, has been disappointed. Rebirth has finally lost any capacity for reflection or regeneration. She is experiencing suffocation in the swamp where she has immersed herself day after day.
However, this meeting served to confirm once again the political death of the Socialist Party. There, as in governance, everything is the result of the will of a single man. All others are spectators, who follow with the anxiety of uncertainty, the decisions of the supreme leader that are announced at the last moment. Who is appointed and who is dismissed, who is released and who is retained, who falls and who rises. And all these movements are no longer done in the public interest, but as a need to patch up the abusive government that no longer holds. The Socialist Party is serving as a background of legitimacy to mask the scandalous deeds of the Renaissance dome.
Edi Rama turns to the party whenever he is in trouble, whenever he needs to distribute the responsibility, creating the idea that his elections are not personal but a representation of the will of the majority. In fact, everything in these 10 years is only the result of Edi Rama's personal choices. Both government appointments and party reshuffles.
And since the assemblies of what is called the Socialist Party are called for the purpose of Rama's propaganda and collegial theater, they do not lead to decision-making for the benefit of the voters. For a long time, the political representation in the SP does not reflect the interests of the voters, but loyalty and service to the point of servility towards the leader. Therefore, no matter how hard the prime minister tries to include the party in his decision-making, it does not exist in that capacity. The party is Edi Rama.
Nëse do të kishim një situatë si në çdo forcë politike moderne dhe demokratike, do të duhej të ishte lideri që jep përgjegjësi përballë atyre që e kanë zgjedhur, ndërsa në organizatën e Rilindjes janë këta të fundit që presin të japin llogari përpara liderit. Prandaj edhe në asamblenë e sotme nuk mund të kishim një kryeministër që të jepte llogari për aferën e inceneratorëve ku po digjen ende dhjetëra milionë euro, një kryeministër që të shpallte, duke pranuar pjesën e tij të fajit, ndërprerjen e pagesave abuzive për djegësin e Tiranës. Një kryeministër që do të analizonte degradimin e përfaqësimit politik të PS në banditë e delinkuentë që kanë populluar zyrat qendrore e lokale të vendimmarrjes. Dhe, pas kësaj analize, të mund të niste një operacion për ringritjen e forcës politike si përfaqësim i vullnetit të zgjedhësve.
Natyrisht, Edi Rama nuk mund ta bëjë këtë. Sepse llogaridhënia si i barabartë mes të barabartëve, do të çonte detyrimisht në dorëheqjen e tij. Çdo zgjedhje, çdo emërim, çdo vendim, ka qenë tërësisht personal. Ai nuk drejton më një parti politike ku gjejnë vend të gjitha sensibilitetet dhe ngjyrat e përfaqësimit të qytetarëve, por një organizatë që i bindet vetëm vullnetit të tij. Dhe që vepron sipas interesave të tij, strategjisë së pushtetit me çdo çmim dhe së fundi dosjeve të korrupsionit që po shpërthejnë nga ngarkesa që kanë marrë ndër vite.
