Now, the biggest disaster is for DP and for the opposition in general, which with Berisha as the leader is not even thought to ever come to power and moreover is moving rapidly towards collapse, since no alternative to power is offered, except the use of PD as a defense force for Berisha's troubles in the face of justice.
SPAK has accused Sali Berisha, under the charge of passive corruption in cooperation with his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi. And this one was taken on Wednesday, two hours after his father-in-law, the former prime minister, as a defendant for corrupting Saliu and for money laundering.
The Special Prosecutors have only communicated the accusation to Berisha, as they have taken him as a defendant, "loading" on his back the voluminous file of 500 pages, in which all the violations of Berisha, the prime minister at the time, have been described in detail, for the affair of the privatization of the former sports complex "Partizani" in favor of his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi.
Berisha stayed inside the premises of SPAK for only a few minutes, after the special prosecutors had finished working with him. But Berisha's work was not "finished". The head of the DP has tried to sell it very "expensive" to the few militants who had accompanied him to the headquarters of SPAK this trip to the premises of SPAK from his apartment where he has been under house arrest for more than 9 months for passive corruption in favor of his family.
And at the entrance and exit of SPAK Berisha raised a series of accusations against the special prosecutors, already repeated and which no longer make sense to the ears of the Albanian public, as he gave a speech written on paper so that he would not forget anything.
While he remained quiet in his response to journalists regarding the SPAK decision, admitting in a half-voice that there are no additional charges against him from those that have been made public, and in the end saying that he was charged, Berisha did not fail to try to appear before the few DP militants in front of the SPAK building as an 'inspector' who had carried out 'inspections' in SPAK offices. Are you saying he wasn't there to receive the mandate to declare him a defendant?
As always, Berisha almost did not say that he had questioned the special prosecutors, in an attempt to show that he does not ask about the accusations of those he describes as "Edi Rama's mercenaries". Mentioning, he had actually written it on paper the night before at home, that in SPAK he had seen the heavy files of SP governors and the fear that existed on their faces. How these files or the faces of the socialists in government were lost to Berisha, let's find out.
But for the sake of the truth, it was Berisha himself who was greatly frightened by being taken as a defendant by SPAK under the charge of passive corruption in cooperation with his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, in the affair of the privatization of the former "Partizani" sports complex. He has changed laws and issued decisions solely to benefit his son-in-law, where it is known so far that there are 5 million euros declared as net profit. And the groom for those who act as if they don't understand, is Jamarbri, the husband of Argita, the daughter of former prime minister Sali Berisha.
Meanwhile, Berisha's fear was noticed from the moment he appeared in front of the militants before and after leaving the SPAK building where the accusation was communicated to him, with a letter in his hand, reading everything he declared. Berisha rarely appears this way, only when he is really scared. And this time he was really scared.
And Berisha is really in a position to be scared of. Even hard. Because in addition to him and his son-in-law Malltezi, who were charged with cooperation in corruption and money laundering, the son-in-law's business partner Fatmir Bektashi, as well as co-owner Xhimi Begeja, were also charged. Both of these for money laundering. There is also a woman, who is expected to move to the SPAK 'district' to receive the mandate as a defendant.
The bad thing here, for the four or five SPAK defendants in the "Partizant" affair, Berisha, Malltezi, Begeja and Bektashi, is that they are involved in cooperation with each other, and this does not save them from the accusation of creating a criminal group. Which constitutes another criminal offense and which aggravates the situation even more for the former democratic prime minister.
All the more so that Berisha has under investigation and the file in his charge for the 4 tragic murders of 'January 21', where it is expected from moment to moment that the defendant will be taken together with his associates, as well as other serious files, including and "Gërdecin" with 26 victims without excluding here the mysterious death of Kosta Trebicka as an American citizen, the CEZ-DIA affair and the investigation of his and his family's wealth. So these are serious files that weigh heavily on Berisha, also accepted by his lawyer Gjokutaaj, who said that only for the accusation of "Partizan" he can receive a sentence of 12 years in prison.
That's why Berisha is really scared this time, as he sees day by day that the 'noose' of justice around his 'neck' is tightening without stopping, while the support of the militants has also 'stripped' him. And what's more, half of those who were with him in front of the SPAK headquarters "pray to God" that Berisha ends up in a cell so that he doesn't get out of there alive.

Thjeshtë e vetëm si mburojë përballë akuzave të SPAK dhe përballë partnerëve ndërkombëtarë që e kanë shpallur me kohë dhe vakt ‘non grata’ dhe nuk e llogarisin fare as atë dhe për pasojë as PD-në që udhëheq, si faktor relevant politik që të pretendojë për të qenë nesër aktor qeverisës.
Dhe Berisha këtë e di fort mirë. Ndaj herë bën thirrje për qeveri teknike, herë quan dhe vrasjen e Azem Hajdarit krim shtetëror, të cilin për tetë vite në pushtet teksa kishte drejtësinë nën kthetrat e tij kishte tërë kohën e duhur për ta zbardhur, ndërkohë që bën apel për të përmbysur këtë qeveri. Sulmon drejtësinë, partnerët dhe kush i bie ndërmend kur mban fjalim para 30-40 militantëve dhe i mban me gajret se dhe mund të bëhet kryeministër, pavarësisht moshës, ‘non gratës’ dhe pragut të burgut në të cilin ndodhet.
Tani, fatkeqësia më e madhe është për PD dhe për opozitën në përgjithësi, e cila me Berishën kryetar as që mendohet të vijë ndonjë herë në pushtet dhe për më tepër po ecën me shpejtësi drejt rrënimit, pasi nuk ofrohet asnjë alternativë pushteti, përpos përdorimit të PD si koracë mbrojtjeje për hallet e Berishës përballë drejtësisë.
Për më tepër që, në gjallje të Berishës, PD dhe këta liderët ‘mobilë’ që lëvrijnë në këtë parti duke kapërcyer herë pas here dhe ‘ylberin’ janë të detyruar t’i nënshtrohen tekave dhe humorit të keq, por dhe halleve të forta të Berishës, një plaku 80 vjeçar që në një vend normal duhej të ishte duke shkruajtur kujtimet e tij, duke u marrë me nipër e mbesa, stërnipër e stërmbesa dhe jo të rikthehej në krye të partisë. Dhe ta ndante e bënte lëmsh sikurse e bëri.
Por halli të bën të marrësh udhët, pasi është në rrezik burgu familjarisht, e mbi të gjitha rrezikon të humbasë dhe tërë pasurinë, të vënë me ‘mund e djersë’ duke grabitur arkën e shtetit sa herë ka qenë në pushtet, por dhe përmes pazareve të këqija sa herë që i është dhënë mundësia. Është i vetmi kryeministër që ka bërë korrupsion të përgjakshëm, duke shkaktuar humbje masive jetë njerëzish për të pasuruar familjarët dhe ortakët e tij.
