In a normal western society, it is quite normal for a criminal subject such as Ms. Malltezi-Berisha herself to have objections to the actions of the special prosecution or the court, but at the moment, when a prosecutor or court is the subject of a criminal action against her and her family, any attack or legal action constitutes a pure conflict of interest, even what the US Department of State has called "Obstruction of Justice" and has sanctioned it according to law 7031/C.
The behavior of Sali Berisha, his family, but also Ilir Meta, constitutes in reality the "thread of Arjana" of the Albanian society, not just the socialist majority, but all other politics that do not find themselves in the Berisha family.
Which attacks, insults, slanders and blackmails those prosecutors and judges who have taken criminal actions against them. Meanwhile, even though they have the financial means to have the best legal assistance in the country, they do not want there to be a process for the accusation against them. As is the "Partizani" file.
As the legal behavior of the defense of Sali Berisha and his family has been seen, the lawyers are procedurally insisting that there be no trial. Pure logic leads you to think, that a man who thinks he is really innocent, is looking forward to a trial in court, where he has the opportunity to clear himself between witnesses, evidence, facts, or even fly theatrical scenes to forgive a trial judiciary, which for many politicians has become the Catharsis of life.
Meanwhile, we see that during the entire time that Sali Berisha is under investigation and today a defendant, he attacks the prosecutors and judges who participate in the process against him, while the main goal of his team of lawyers is not to go to the process. So that the preliminary judge decides that the "Partizani" case should not be judged.
Of course, there is no logic for this to happen, since if it is far from being decided as Berisha's lawyers want, then the entire justice reform will have to be multiplied by zero.
It doesn't make sense for an accusation not to go to trial, it doesn't make sense for a file not to be faced in its own ring like a hearing, it doesn't make sense to attack the judge who judges you, as long as he does this. It never happened.
Whoever remembers post-communism, i.e. the time of the first Berisha, remembers Ramiz Ali, Nexhmija Hoxha and a large number of leaders of the communist regime who faced the accusations of justice of Sali Berisha's regime. Neither attacked the judge or the prosecutor. They simply publicly faced the processes against them, without blackmailing either prosecutors or judges.
Although the atmosphere then was terrible. It is enough to remember the infamous sessions for the events of April 2, 1991 in Shkodër. When Berisha's militants threw their shoes at the police officers in the dock, who had nothing to do with the charge. And as the facts showed, they were convicted without any evidence. All those who hit the defendants with shoes were appointed police station chiefs and SHIK chiefs in the main districts of the country. Even though they didn't even have high school.
