But will Edi Rama accept to sacrifice the mandate of Erald Kapri of the Mundësia Party by giving it to the Democratic Party? It is no coincidence that the "apple of contention" is becoming the second mandate in Tirana of the Mundësia Party. If there is one fact that refutes the alibi of election theft, it is the new parties. The leakage of votes from the Democratic Party did not come from organized crime but from the new parties.
Three parties, Opportunity, Nisma Thurje and Albania Becomes, received 100,000 votes and took away 8-9 deputies from the Democratic Party in 8 districts of Albania.
Berisha can complain about the elections in America, but he will not convince anyone how the "criminal gangs" of Endri Shabani, Agron Shehaj and Adriatik Lapaj managed to take away 8 mandates from the Democratic Party, even where they did not win Fier, Vlora, Korca, Berat, Durrës, etc.

Erald Kapri, born in exile and from a family of political dissidents, cannot fall victim to the choices and whims of Sali Berisha.
Ultimately, we cannot expect anything positive if a new Berisha-Rama pact occurs. If there was any innovation in these elections, it was the new parties but also the deputies Tabaku or Alimehmetin who campaigned more "magnificently" than the entire Berisha + 23 party coalition.
For these reasons, Dr. Ilir Alimehemti must maintain the integrity he gained with great popularity and refuse a mandate that is stolen from MP Kapri by the possibility of a Rama-Berisha concession.
