I have known the builder and singer Andon Pango for many years and, at almost every table he is at, he can't help but sing.
But what impressed me in this video is the lyrics of the song, which apparently were adapted for Mr. Dumani after he left his position as head of SPAK.
"NIGHT OOO ONLY FARE" says the song, and perhaps, since Dumani is no longer the head of SPAK, he may have truly been left alone, without the many "friends and comrades" he had when he was the head of SPAK.
Andon Pango, respected Gjergj, is the first cousin of Dumani's wife and I believe that Dumani may have sat at the table or table with Andon several times, since he is the children's uncle, and I do not believe that he kept his distance for biographical reasons.

Andon Pango may be much, much less "fraudulent" than many, many prosecutors of SPAK or the 12 regional prosecutors, and judges of the GJKKO or courts of all levels of the Republic of Albania, as well as much less "incriminated" than prosecutors and judges who have family members (brothers-in-law, uncles, cousins, first cousins) who are members of the most notorious gangs in Albania, wanted and on the run in England, Italy, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands and everywhere in every corner of the globe.
Andon Pango is much, much less "infected" by the underworld and dirty money than other builders, from whom Claude Braho and many prosecutors and judges of SPAK and the entire "new justice" system, as well as their families, have bought houses.
Therefore, I do not believe that Mr. Dumani has committed a "crime" or violated the law because he was at the same table with Mr. Pango, as long as he has been and continues to be at work, in the office, in meetings and gatherings, with quite a few ordinary thieves and swindlers who are paid 100 thousand euros a year from Albanian taxes to investigate and convict political thieves and, for nearly 7 years on this "mission", they have not yet finally closed any file or trial, but they drag them out with full agreements and dirty deals, bringing different standards for the same phenomena, in order to do their "business".

As a journalist, send a request for information to Hipoteka for all SPAK prosecutors and GJKKO judges, to see how much property they have, who they "bought" it from, and at what price they "bought it", and you will see that almost all of them, as if by coincidence, have "bought" it from builders of the Llumhane model.

So, please, let Andon sing to Altin every time he sits at the table with him, because in his entire life I don't believe anyone has sung to Altin, and I don't think he can sing to anyone other than Andon Pango and the hoxha when he leaves this world.
I'm thinking: who could have sung to Arben Krajës from December 2022 and who will sing to Klodian Brahos after December 2028, because Dumani at least has the "singer" Andon as his "brother-in-law", but these others, what "craft" do brothers-in-law have?
