As a not-so-good connoisseur of the Customs Code and the Free Zones Law, the "Durana" technology park is not a legal error, but a fabrication bordering on madness.
Stupidity goes beyond the realm of corruption. A corrupt person abuses the law and existing procedures for personal gain.
A fool is indifferent to the law, because the law does not exist for him. For fools, any means, any device that helps them achieve their goal is legitimate.
Durana is nothing more than the use of "technology", like a customs officer to smuggle goods, but it is offered to us as a copy of technological development, in conditions where the original does not exist at all.
It is a staging of reality that is edited, rewritten, and processed in order to blur the dividing line between corruption and development.
The "Durana" technology park is not simply a corrupt affair (how nice if it were only that) we would console ourselves with the phrase "corruption exists all over the world".
It does not even represent the plums and pears consumed mainly by the women close to the Prime Minister behind his back and all the socialist "progressives" of the party leadership.
He is one of the examples of the hypernormalization of stupidity that was allowed by socialists not only for economic gain, but as a strategy to flood society with lies in order to systematically dismantle the infrastructure of facts.
The facts that we are a nation, which in 2024:
1) ranks 84th in the world in the Technology and Innovation Index and second to last in Europe;
2) it purchases services and technology and information products, ranking 66th in Europe in the purchase of technological inputs, but unfortunately it ranks 97th in the world and last in the Balkans in the production of technologies, therefore last in technological output;
3) ranked 84th in the Technological Network Readiness Index precisely because of low technological development, they had to be dismantled!
That's why they needed Diella, Durana, Diella's maternity, because the public must live in the prime ministerial illusion that:
"Albania is a nation that dares to lead, not follow, at the forefront of science and technology in this region."
Well, Durana, Diella and her maternity are not instruments just to benefit a group of people, from non-payment of taxes and the unbidden benefit of budgetary funds, but carefully crafted creations from diabolical minds, aimed at numbing and rebelling against those who steal from us no longer through force, but through increasing our inability to recognize.
Did they just break the law, did they unjustly benefit from public money? No. This is the least recoverable damage.
Worse! Today we are realizing that we live in stupidity and no one is spared for it. All these fools find other fools to applaud.

Kush e jep statusin e zones lire ekonomike? Duhet pare si eshte zbatuar ligji. Ploteson kushtet Durana per ta perfituar kete status te dhene nga Dogana?! Nese jo si e ka perfituar dhe pse ja kane dhene?!!?
