But why has an opposition delirium erupted today against "technical" names to bring them as alternatives for a new political development in the country?
The name-dropping that is being circulated these festive days by opposition politicians is more than cynical. Even Adriatik Lapaj has proposed names of well-known intellectuals as alternatives for the technical prime minister. Among them, he has mentioned Përparim Kabon and Tritan Kalon. But if Lapaj was so in love with the well-known intellectuals of this country, why did he not include them in the lists of candidates for deputies or as municipal councilors in the by-elections?
But did he make his aunt a member of parliament, who doesn't know how to form a simple sentence in Albanian - subject, predicate, and object - without translating it from Greek?
Why didn't Tiku make Professor Kabon or Doctor Kalon MPs? Very simple, he didn't want to! Otherwise he had all the options.
The new parties have not offered any intellectual opportunities to their political group, and this is not a big problem. Parties are not academies, but they do give science, the cream of the crop, the elite the opportunity to express themselves on the basis of a supportive policy. Or if they do not, in their governing policies, the parties display the program for the benefit of the brain of the nation.
Politics is not a scientific academy, it is a nucleus of ideas, which does not insistently seek the arrival of brains, but gives this good part of the nation an idea, an alternative.
But why has an opposition delirium erupted today against "technical" names to bring them as alternatives for a new political development in the country?
Because they understand that Albanians do not trust either Sali Berisha or Adriatik Lapaj, so they seek to smuggle names outside their fence.
Does Tiku want the names he proposed for technical names? He should include them in their lists for deputies, and even announce them now. Otherwise, this whole logic is shameful hypocrisy.
The protests that Lapaj makes against the government are a completely different thing from what he proposes for an alternative government. Lapaj is protesting today to remove Edi Rama, there may be a lot of discussion here, but in the end it is within normal logic, ok he has the right to protest.
Lapaj's protest, or rather the decision to protest, must be logically linked to this act. How many people support it, how much impact the protest has, and what this action will achieve. Which will also have to receive public support or not.
Meanwhile, the essence of this action, which is very important, is who Lapaj is and the people who support him? Because we have seen in the ranks of his protests people from the secret service of the time of Enver Hoxha, who appear like James Bonds of the Cold War. But beyond a myth-mongering fair, is the opposition a parody of Professor Pilinç or a serious platform, that is the question?
