Berisha's hypocrisy with his own candidates

Sali Berisha, who acted like a hypocrite in public and said that "candidates have the right to demand transparency", and at the same time accused Ilir Rusmali of being a "mercenary who votes for Rama", in fact joined the votes with Rama against his own statement.

There are two models of behavior towards candidates who have claims for preferential votes, which according to them were not counted correctly. The first is Edi Rama's attitude towards his own candidates, to whom he publicly called to give up their claims, since - according to him - it is insulting to their colleagues. Beyond this, there were a total of, if I am not mistaken, 2 or 3 socialist candidates who, in the first emotions of losing in the close race with their colleagues, attempted to file a complaint. One of them, however, also took the CEC's footage.

All of Berisha's press and these bar gossips attacked Edi Rama as a "dictator" who doesn't even let his candidates count their votes.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, the number of Democratic candidates demanding a recount is several times greater. Some of them have even come up with concrete accusations and mafia-like tones of vote trafficking within the DP itself, such as the case of Durrës, where accusations are directed against a former prosecutor who collaborated with the city's gangs.

Then the "epidemic" against Tabaku spread to Tirana. Sali Berisha, troubled by Rama's principled stance towards his candidates, showed himself to be hypocritical:

“I can't stop candidates from demanding transparency,” he said, of course, after he himself demanded a recount in Tirana.

But what happened today?

The man most anathemaed by Berisha in the KAS and the CEC, Ilir Rusmali, voted in favor of the Democratic Party candidates' requests to recount their votes once more. Meanwhile, the two KAS members appointed by the DP joined the two SP members and voted against.

Of course, the members of the KAS have political representation, and in this case, they could not vote against the will of the chairman of their party. And they are right to do so.

The problem is that Sali Berisha, who acted like a hypocrite in public and said that "candidates have the right to demand transparency", and at the same time accused Ilir Rusmalin of being a "mercenary who votes for Rama", in fact joined the votes with Rama against his own statement.

This moment clearly shows who the hypocrite is in this midst and why he is trying to create a "Rusmali gogol" in the KAS, to justify himself to the democrats for the losses in the CEC battles.

Today's vote was a clear reflection: who is for transparency and who is for double standards. The hypocrite is called Sali Berisha.

He merged his votes with Edi Rama so that his candidates would not have a chance to recount the votes.

Maybe because the candidate in Durrës is not going to become an MP and the gangs are left without representatives in the Assembly.
