In the middle of the heat at the end of July with arrests, calls to SPAK, blocking of IPARD 3, which have badly stirred the waters in the SP, the repeat of the elections in Rrogozhin sounded like a local political poll about the situation in the country. Would the incinerators and the IPARD 3 case affect the perception of the citizens of this small municipality? Furthermore, would the loss of May 14 have the effect of further demoralizing the voters of the Reestablishment DP? The answer was: NO!
The increase in participation in the elections due to the vote of immigrants created the illusion that Shkëlqim Hoxha was approaching victory. To some extent, it was logical for Reestablishment to hope for a reversal, since the increase in participation would favor the opposition. As a rule, this should happen, but the opposition people have reduced the participation as a kind of protest or indifference to the leadership of the Democratic Party since 2013. So time again gave the right to the reasons for the boycott of the opposition people and not to the opposing spirit towards the government. And in the last 10 years this axiom has been certified to the limits of legality. Because the fundamental problem is the lack of trust in this opposition and not bad Rama's government, which does not really bother the socialist electorate.
Shkelqim Hoxha has obtained a good result in the dramatic conditions in which the opposition is. But the immigrant vote showed that there is an even more important axiom in politics.
Perception is the only thing that counts. And the perception of immigrants is still more eloquent than the emotional one of those who live in Albania. Rrogozhinas, like the vast majority of Albanian voters, reject the Re-establishment. So the majority of DP leadership.
But there is another very interesting aspect. Berisha's supporters and a number of anti-SP voters insist on their participation in the elections. What does it mean that Berisha has a non-moving population of his own and another part votes for PD despite the fact that defeats are certain. Socialists are known!
But these votes are once again not enough to overturn the electoral balance.
Ndërsa përballë u shfaqet pa aq pafundësisht i njëjti mur elektoral socialist me disa shtesa të PSD së Doshit dhe një pjesë të ish-PDIU. Berisha dhe servitu-ja e tij e dinë shumë mirë që ky realitet politik përfaqëson një ligjësi, por meqënëse nuk u intereson fitorja por thjesht pluskimi mbi ujin e politikës, nuk kanë ndërmend të shqetësohen për humbjen akoma më të thellë se ajo e 14 majit. Pra në këtë vend, ata që mbeten të papërfaqësuar janë qytetarët opozitarë të arsyeshëm dhe që mendojnë se PD për dhjetëra arsye nuk i përfaqëson më prej më shumë se një dekade.
Pas kësaj humbjeje lokale por që shpjegon sërish të njëjtën ligjësi kombëtare, palët do vazhdojnë të këndojnë të njëjtën potpuri. Regjimi vodhi votat, revolucioni rifillon në shtator, Lulzim Basha është shitur prapë tek Rama dhe Sorosi angazhoi për Ramën gjithë fisin e vetë në Gosë dhe katundet e Rrogozhinës si asnjëherë më parë. Shkurt marrëzia e shkëputjes qëllimshëm nga realiteti do jetë deviza e pandalshme e kësaj gjoja opozite tragji-komike.
Ndaj zgjedhjet e pjesshme në Rrogozhinë ishin sa të nevojshme aq edhe të panevojshme njëkohësisht. Të nevojshme sepse prodhuan të njëjtin rezultat të pritshëm duke vulosur sërish panevojshmërinë e leadership-it opozitar, ndërsa të panevojshme sepse përforcuan kërkesën e heshtur të elektoratit të arsyeshëm për një projekt dhe leadership tjetër të djathtë, që nuk mund ta plotësojnë showman pa bindje të thella dhe eksperiencë politike e as ecejaket ant-Berishë të PD zyrtare. Njëra nga palët duhet të hedhë hapa të ndryshëm.
Ose Rithemeluesit duhet të nisin përpjekjet për ti ikur adhurimit të udhëheqësit që s’ofron asnjë udhë, ose PD zyrtare duhet të kuptojë peshën e përgjegjësisë së historisë së vetë PD.
Until now, neither side is able to overcome the quagmire where they are stuck and cannot get out. But maybe the freshness of "August of Guna" will wake them up with early elections at the door. Rama, with all that is happening to him due to his own fault, needs early elections to reinvent himself but not Veliaj, while Basha needs to show that DP is a big responsibility and not a toy forgiven by the "spiritual father" who is giving soul electorally.
