Kosovo, the second Albanian state in the Balkans, created and strongly supported without any hindrance by the international community, led by the Anglo-Americans and EU countries, has been practically outside the system since February!
The Balkan region is not at all peaceful, and this is very worrying for us Albanians, throughout the regional space where we live in our lands!
The concern becomes even greater due to the very fact that in most of the crises and conflicts in which our region is involved, Albanians are also involved, sometimes less and sometimes more!
Kosovo, the second Albanian state in the Balkans, created and strongly supported without any hindrance by the international community, led by the Anglo-Americans and EU countries, has been practically outside the system since February!
No institution is functioning, from the Parliament and the government, which have not been constituted or formatted, to the Presidency and the Constitutional Court, which, although they have their heads within their mandate, are functioning with an eye on political leadership, in the hope of renewing their mandate, practically turning into political 'pendulums' that do not know who to ruin and who to fix!
Despite the fact that the parliamentary elections have ended and the results were announced many months ago, Kosovo has exceeded all deadlines for the constitution of the Parliament, it has already entered a deep institutional crisis, which could precipitate at any moment and due to the not at all favorable international situation, with two major conflicts on the rise, the one between Russia and Ukraine, and Israel with Hamas and the entire region! Without counting the fact that with these sessions once every two days, an excessively prolonged 'soap opera', they have turned the Parliament of Kosovo into a ridiculous institution, reducing its value to the ground!
Albin Kurti, leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, the winning party in the February elections of this year, but which has only 48 MPs, unable to have a governing majority of 61 mandates, presented the only candidacy for Speaker of the Assembly, former Minister of Justice Albulena Haxhiu! Who for the sake of truth in over 50 votes for her and for the commission requested by Kurti to organize a secret ballot for the election of the speaker, was unable to receive the necessary votes to be the head of the Kosovo Parliament.
And for Kurti, the only candidate is Albulena, who, although all opposition parties have opposed her, considering her unsuitable to lead the Parliament, Albini is waging a strong 'battle' to forcefully impose her on the political parties as the only best candidate! In a word, 'either Albulena, or I fall and die', which equates the fate of all of Kosovo with that of the former Minister of Justice!
All legal deadlines have now been exceeded, and only a second interpretation by the Constitutional Court is awaited to decide whether politics should be given a new chance for negotiations and reaching a compromise or whether the unconstituted parliament should be dissolved and the country should go to early elections.
The compromise must be reached by Kurti, who practically does not have enough votes to elect the speaker of parliament and form the government, and consequently he would have to give up something to get support from the opposition. If he really wanted the constitution of the Assembly. Kurti's political 'pirouettes' are simply for that 40 percent that the leader of VV himself calls the mass of functional illiterates who vote for him!
What has not yet been overcome is the institutional and political crisis, where Kosovo is without a speaker of the Assembly, without a government, and as a result, the state of Kosovo is exposed to constant dangers, starting from the northern neighbor Serbia to Russia's hybrid war, enough of this for a Balkans called even at the calmest moment a 'gunpowder power', ready to explode with everything!
However, all analysts in Kosovo, but also in Albania and beyond, share the same opinion that Kosovo is seriously endangered by its political class, and especially by the incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, his incumbent government and the MPs who follow him!
While Kosovo is under sanctions from the EU, because Kurti thinks one thing, says another thing and does another thing, the latter always in contradiction with international partners the USA, the EU and Great Britain, millions of euros are blocked precisely because of these sanctions but also the lack of state institutions. Since Kosovo practically has no one to represent it with, neither in a meeting nor in negotiations with Serbia, as a condition set by our international partners.
There is no Speaker of the Assembly, no Prime Minister, no ministers. They are all MPs. There is only the President, and she is frustrated by the very fact that she seeks and hopes to receive a second presidential term, and as a result she has to keep up with Kurti at the end of the day.
Due to Albin Kurti's stubbornness, the underground world of communication with the great 'enemy' in the north, Aleksandar Vučić, the president of Serbia, cannot be ruled out, simply and solely to stay in power, where both sides, while strongly playing the nationalism card and maintaining an 'octave' higher risk of war between the two countries, risks not only appearing in the eyes of our partners as an ungrateful country to the allies who created this state, immediately after the bombings they inflicted on Belgrade, but also as a country that fails to govern itself, despite international support through institutions and KFOR that guards the borders!
Ajo që themi është se, ka rrezik që përpjekja e Kurtit për të shkatërruar institucionet e shtetit thjeshtë për pushtet personal, të përkthehet në një qëndrim kundër nga ndërkombëtarët, përmes krijimit tyë përceptimit se në Kosovë klasa politike nuk mundet të bëjë shtet! Fatkeqësisht kjo mund të përkojë në fund të herës dhe me maskaradën serbe të kthyer nëe ‘sllogan’, sipas të cilës shqiptarët e Kosovës nuk kanë aftësi shtetformuese.
Për fat të keq Albin Kurti këtë ‘aset’ kundër Kosovës po ia jep ditë për ditë Serbisë, pasi e ka katandisur shtetin më të ri në Evropë në një shtet pa institucione, në kaos dhe që nuk ofron siguri e ndershmëri për aleatët! Madje nuk ofron as besim apo mirënjohje për partnerët tanë ndërkombëtarë për atë çka kanë bërë dhe bëjnë për shtetin e dytë shqiptar në Ballkan!
Parë në këtë këndvështrim, si dhe të faktit se president i SHBA është Donald Trump, i cili njihet për zgjidhje të thjeshta e të papritura, në funksion të minimizimit të kostove financiare si dhe të rrezikut të përplasjes ushtarake, ekziston rreziku që në një moment të papritur administrata amerikane dhe Presidenti Trump të kërkojnë një zgjidhje shumë më të lehtë, atë të lënies së shtetit të Kosovës në fatin e vet.
Praktikisht kufijtë tanë nuk mund t’i zhbëjnë as Thaçi, as Rama, as Kurti, as Haradinaj, as Vuçiçi e as të gjithë bashkë, dhe kjo ëhstë vertetuar në të gjitha rastet! Kufijtë tanë i kanë ndryshuar të mëdhenjtë, kurrë shqiptarët, pavarësisht akuzave që bëhen ndaj njëri tjetrit. S’na ka pyetur kurrë askush, që të na pyesin sot! Dhe SHBA është superfuqia e vetme në botë.
Mos e dhëntë zoti që amerikanët të jenë mërzitur nga situata në Kosovët, të jenë penduar se investuan aq shumë për krijimin e shtetit të Kosovës dhe t’ju jetë krijuar bindja se shqiptarët s’dinë të fitojnë paqen, e për të eliminuar kostot që vijnë nga mistrecllëqet e Kurtit, t’i këpusë ndonjë urdhër ekzekutiv që heqë mbështetjen për shtetin pa institucione të Kosovës. Duke e lënë në ‘sovranitet’ të plotë që të përballojë e vetme rrezikun që vjen nga Serbia, ose që të kërkojë zgjidhje të tjera më të sigurta për të qëndruar në këmbë si shtet apo i mbështetur si shtet!
Do ketë kontestime nga ‘patriotët sovranistë’ me në krye Nexhin, i cili është betuar se do të kapë armët për të luftuar kundër Shqipërisë nëse tentohet bashkimi, qoftë dhe me vullnet të plotë të shqiptarëve, por duhet të flemë rehat nga ky krah, pasi Nexhi kur ishte i ri dhe kishte mundësi për të kapur armët kundër serbëve që po bënin genoncid në Kosovë, nuk e bëri, jo më ta bëjë tani në pleqëri kundër Shqipërisë. Sado që ta ketë për zemër mikun e tij Gjuriq, me të cilin ndan fotot dhe mendimet se si duhet të jetë e ardhmja e Kosovës dhe e Ballkanit! As këta ‘patriotët’ e rrjeteve sociale, sidomos të diasporës, nuk e lëvizin këmbën nga vendi ku janë akomoduar!
Rreziku që të ndodhë një zhvillim i tillë, ndërkohë që klasa politike në Kosovë po dëshmon çdo ditë e më shumë se nuk ka asnjë vetëdije qeverisëse e kombëtare (kjo e fundit po përmendet nga ne për shkak se është bërë rrugë tashmë shkelja e dhunimi i flamurit shqiptar si dhe cënimi i simboleve kombëtare në Kosovë), është shumë i vogël. Por ama një gjë është e sigurtë: Donald Trump shquhet për paparashikuershmërinë e tij.
Dhe mbi të gjitha mërzitet shpejt, kur gjërat nuk i shkojnë ashtu siç duhet, me ‘kutin’ e tij. Jo pa qëllim Trump e përmendi disa herë rrezikun e luftës Serbi-Kosovë. Gjatë qeverisjes së parë të tij është evidentuar ky shqetësim, por që e kujton shpesh për të shpjeguar rrezikun aktual! Ndaj Kosova duhet të zgjohet dhe të shohë se kujt ia ka deleguar votën! Klasa politike të bëjë sa më shpejt përmes kompromisit konstituimin e institucioneve, qeverinë e re dhe zhbllokimin e krizës politike dhe instucionale në vend, ndryshe ekziston rreziku i përballjes me efektin ‘domino’! Që mund të zgjerohet në rajon!
E themi këtë sepse me sa duket administrata e SHBA e presidentit Trump po i jep shansin e fundit klasës politike në Kosovë. Këtë e tregon dhe vizita e tanishme e zëvendës-ndihmës Sekretarin amerikan të Mbrojtjes për Politikat Evropiane dhe ato të NATO-s, David Baker.
I cili u takua me presidenten Vjosa Osmani, ministrin e Mbrojtjes në detyrë, Ejup Maqedonci si dhe pritet të takohet me kryeministrin në detyrë, Albin Kurti! Vizita e papritur tregon se situata është serioze, dhe përtej asaj që thuhet në publik, zyrtari i lartë amerikan, Baker ka kërkuar në mënyrë të prerë që kriza të zgjidhet sa më shpejt e në dobi të Kosovës dhe jo politikanëve që nuk duan për qamet të ikin nga pushteti! U ka ardhur ‘ëmbël’ nga aferat e energjisë dhe ushqimeve!
Në të njejtën situatë është dhe Maqedonia e Veriut, për shkak të strategjisë së kryeministrit Hristijan Mickocski, i cili po godet marrëveshjen e Ohrit mes shqiptarëve e maqedonasve, e mbi të gjitha gjuhën shqipe. Duke e hequr në mënyrë graduale nga institucionet, si dhe duke goditur elementin shqiptar në administratën publike dhe nivelet e tjera të bashkëqeverisjes, e duke e lënë jashtë përfshirjes!
Dhe kjo një ‘kryevepër’ e Albin Kurtit, i cili i dha Mickocskit votat shqiptare të “VLEN” në përbërje të të cilit është dhe dega e Vetëvendosjes në Maqedoninë e Veriut, një koalicion që ka treguar ditë pas dite se nuk vlen asgjë në favor të shqiptarëve! Përkundrazi! Kjo politikë mund të sjellë tensionimin e fortë të situatës. Shtuar këtu dhe përplasjen me Bullgarinë por dhe me Greqinë, që startoi më rezolutën e Parlamentit Evropian javë më parë, sipas të cilës fjalët “identitet maqedonas” dhe “gjuhë maqedonase” duhet të hiqen nga draft-raporti i progresit për Maqedoninë e Veriut.
Such an agreement was reached by the 3 largest political forces in the European Parliament, as they approved the report on North Macedonia's progress towards the EU integration process. Which shows that the new Macedonian Prime Minister has complicated the situation so much, further pushing Skopje's integration into the EU, that they even remove references to the Macedonian language and identity!
Mickocski set out to remove the Albanian language from the institutions, but removed the Macedonian language and identity from the terminology with which Europe recognizes it. This is thanks to the Bulgarian insistence that does not give Skopje the 'pass' to open negotiations with the EU! If the Macedonian nationalist government continues in this way, the possibility of the international community and especially American President Trump getting tired of Mickocski's small Balkan mischief cannot be ruled out, and making some drastic decision, as it risks bringing problems. Far be it, through the domino effect, which Albanians on both sides of the border do not seem to agree with.
But they have always been forced to implement the decision of the great powers! So practically the crisis in Kosovo and the conflict in North Macedonia risk a 'domino' effect in the Balkans, if no solution is found! And not by the will of the Albanians but because of the charlatanry of the leaders in Pristina and Skopje! We hope that the respective leaders will come to their senses and return to their feet on the ground, forgetting that they are the 'center of the world'! They are practically nothing and no one asks them in this difficult and tense world! But also with ideas for a new redistribution of the world!
