Why do you never speak at any meeting about the many problems that the DP has had and still has in the forums you are part of? Why do you remain silent at meetings and tweet in the media, Facebook, and portals?
None of you speaking today has ever spoken in any meeting over the last three years about any real problem that the Democratic Party has had or has.
A public request to Mr. Ilir Alimehmeti, Mr. Fisnik Qosja, Mr. Krishnik Çollaku, Mr. Dash Sula and every other elected official in the DP leadership forums: chairman, secretariat, deputies, departments and national council. (As for those outside the DP and who ran on May 11 with other parties, receiving 30, 90, 100 or 200 votes, I don't care at all what they say about imaginary factors.) You are very good at asking for the analysis of the May 11 elections.
You are doing very well to demand a radical reorganization of the DP, starting from the sections to the central leadership. You are doing very well to demand the opening of the DP and the legalization of factions or different opinions. You are doing very well to demand the resignation of anyone who has not justified with results the trust that the DP structures have given them to be a political leader.
You are doing a very good job of asking Mr. Berisha to remove from leadership positions Mr. Noka, Ms. Vokshi, Mr. Paloka, Mr. Bylykbashi, Mr. Boçi and others. You are doing a very good job of asking for a vote of confidence for Mr. Berisha as the leader of the DP.
But I have a question for all of you: Why do you never speak in every meeting about the many problems that the DP has had and has? Why do you remain silent in meetings and tweet in the media, Facebook and portals? Why do you sit like a shell in every debate in the national council? Why do you fake laugh and hypocritically applaud every proposal, resolution, decision or speech of Mr. Berisha, Mr. Noka, Ms. Vokshi, Mr. Paloka and others? Why did you not say a word when the leadership was elected in June 2022 about these individuals you are talking about today? (I am talking about those who have been with the Re-establishment DP and Mr. Berisha at this time, not about those who came from Mr. Basha in the end-of-year 2023 transfer market.)
Why didn't you say a word in February 2025, when the rules for weak primaries were being set, without any value, where 23 places were excluded from the primaries as privileged? Why didn't you speak at all on March 12, 2025, at the national council for the lists of candidates for DP deputies, about political leaders and people without contributions, outside the DP, who were included in the closed lists of the DP as a result of dirty deals?
Why didn't you stutter a word about the miserable coalition with the LSI and the PDIU, which not only didn't bring any votes for the DP, but gave it a negative connotation, stealing 5 mandates from the Democrats - the LSI with 8,000 votes and 1 mandate from the PDIU with 1,500 votes?
Why were you silent at this time when you saw that ordinary or suspicious individuals were included in the DP lists, the vast majority of whom were opponents of the DP and anathematized by the DP itself as elements of the world of trafficking?
Why didn't you say a word during the campaign about directing votes towards 2-3 candidates and the immoral lobbying that was done by those whom you, rightly, are today asking to resign or be removed from the leadership positions they hold in the DP, because they are not worth a penny?
I am not going to dwell on this any longer, because it would take me a winter night to list the problems that you, honorable ones, should have spoken about at the right time and place, so that you would be realistic today in what you express in the media or on Facebook about the reorganization of the DP. Becoming wise after the assembly or brave after the war is the same as making a hole in the water.
So, is it possible that during this month of August you will leave us alone and not bother us as principled people? Because, kismet, in September we will gather again and I am afraid that you will applaud and be exalted by the bombastic revolutionary speeches of some political idiots, who at every meeting talk about victories and successes in the branches they lead, just to please Mr. Berisha, Mr. Noka, Mr. Paloka, Mrs. Vokshi, Mr. Bylykbashi, Mr. Boçi and others.
As for Mr. Bardhi, Mr. Gjekmarkaj, Ms. Tabaku and their group who came with a clear "contract" in Rithemelim, they don't need anyone to please them, because they please themselves by cursing the Democrats for three years and, in the last year before the elections, they come to become MPs with an unfair electoral code, which they vote for together with Rama only for their seats.
