Who and why are they so terrorized by SPAK files?

Why don't these panelists, who naturally represent politicians, bring the suspicions or evidence they have about "high-level politicians" to SPAK?

Arben Ahmetaj is the fourth socialist deputy who comes to the SP group to pave the way for an extreme action such as prison arrest.

By the way, all these days in the direct links on television, almost everyone talks about immunity. Immunity, as for information, has been removed since 2013. No one prevents the prosecution from investigating, except for checking the apartment, the car, in private areas, or eavesdropping.

If in these 4 cases of MPs or other cases when there was no need for the Parliament, i.e. when SP officials were taken by SPAK to prison, in general, the majority simply said the phrase that justice should do its job, we do not become a political shield .

Before 2013, when Ina Rama, then the chief prosecutor, brought three requests for immunity waiver, no arrest warrant was granted, but only immunity waiver. And on the other hand, the Prosecutor's Office was attacked "to be careful" and other serious talk.

Isn't that time gone? A completely different time has come, when there is no longer a chief prosecutor, but it is SPAK that brings the demands for high officials to the Parliament.

SPAK, which has opened endless files for politicians, officials and high-ranking officials, a file that has rightly started to be debated. To debate the rights of the person under investigation, who is innocent until the court's decision.

Rightly, there are lawyers like Ylli Manjani, but also other well-known lawyers, who criticize SPAK for judicialism, for draconianism, for precautionary measures, i.e. for arrest, which are taken without fully proving the accusation with scientific evidence and testimony.

And this debate is actually what happens in every country in the West. Italy, a country that is very much a reference for the model and close to our environment, had the model of "Mani Pulite" in 1992, when a team of prosecutors influenced to change the entire political elite in the country. But they also set the precedent of "untouchability".

In Italy, even after 30 years, there is a battle between "justicialists" and "guarantors". So those who ask the justice system to intervene harshly if there are politicians who abuse, and others who ask that the prosecution not have a protagonist role, but wait for the court's decision.

A few years ago, Matteo Renzi, Prime Minister of Italy faced such a battle. His father was charged by the prosecutor's office in Florence for some invoices, which according to the prosecutors he had abused. The media and politics smothered Renzi for the thief "father". A few days ago, the high court decided after several steps that the prosecution was wrong. Renzi is no longer prime minister but celebrated his revenge and attacked his opponents with his smile.

In fact, the smile after the court decision is the only instrument in this system. There is no other option. Before the official accusations, not only the Albanian officials happened today, but also giants such as Jacques Chirak, Sarkozy, Papandreu the great, the little, Pangallos, and many, many others. Investigation, in a system like ours is an axiom.

So why is there such a great stress and anger in the dinner panels today, when the man himself who is accused, Arben Ahmetaj, although of course he is worried, has said that he is open to the investigations. Watch an irritated panelist make the claim across the screens. And it asks who should be accused and who should be imprisoned, who should be isolated, and even with how many years in prison.

Why don't these panelists, who naturally represent politicians, bring the suspicions or evidence they have about "high-level politicians" to SPAK? LSI did the same in the case of incinerators, as he said with confidential documents from the government. But it opened a cycle where today there are some files under investigation, some officials in prison, some processes and of course there will be court decisions.

So why is there so much stress? Klecka is hidden in the first phrase of SPAK's request for Ahmetaj, it seems. As Mr. Ahmetaj is the first high-ranking official to be investigated for concealment of wealth. Chances are that this precedent will pave the way...
