Today I listened to the audio of a recording between Alma K. and the person who connects Alma with Sali Berisha, developed a few days after the recording of the video scandal in the municipality of Kukës, which is in the hands of justice.
The conversation was recorded on June 15, a day before the video became public. It was a confirmation conversation that the person who had ordered the recording was returning the memory card that he had received as soon as he had finished his work at the municipality of Kukes.
From the conversation between the person in question and Alma, three things are clearly seen.
The first that Alma has undertaken the mission of recording a sex scene with Safet for the account of third parties and not for the media.
So she went there to create a scene of blackmail against Safet Gjic, who fell prey to this trap. After the recording, Alma handed over the memory card to the customer, who verified the film and, of course, filmed it with a phone above the screen, so that the origin of the recording could not be understood. Alma's concern is that he should not give the footage to any media and requests that he not make it public until she leaves the country.

Secondly, it is clearly understood that the key interested person who vouches for both the customer of the video and Alma is Sali Berisha. He waited for Alma in the office before the registration and after Safeti's registration.
At one point during the conversation, the person who ordered the video says to Alma: I was leaving Sala...
Here's the part that reveals it:

According to all other facts that can be easily investigated, Alma went to Berisha's office on June 9, three days after the filming. Her photo with Berisha sitting in the office belongs to that day. And if you notice, Berisha looks crushed, sunk in the armchair and helpless, he tells her not to take pictures of us together. It's not easy to use a man on a suicide note and not let him take a picture. Alma herself has posted the photo since that day and has given it to many of her friends.
Thirdly, it is clear that Alma has been used and the person has not paid for it. For this, there are other facts that she herself may have testified in the prosecutor's office. What is certain is that the end of the conversation shows that he has just received the video, blackmailed Safeti and will no longer know about Amma. He barely even paid her back.

Kjo bisedë zbërthen qartë gjithë skenarin e skandalit seksual në Kukës. Ajo ka një regjisor që është Sali Berisha, pasi siç thotë në fund të bisedës dhe vetë ai “nuk kam gjë në dorë” pra nuk e ndalon dot botimin.
Viktimë e kësaj historie është Safet Gjici por në fund dhe vetë vajza Alma, një vajzë e përdorur në mënyrë kriminale me siguri në premtim të pagesës.
I don't know what further investigations the prosecution may have, but everything is clear from this disclosure of the conversation. We are in front of a clear blackmail scheme, where Sali Berisha is mixed as a political guarantor of the scandal and a person opposed to Gjici who seeks his destruction as mayor. The "kamikaze" person of this story is Alma Kaçi.
I really hope that justice will clear up this story as it is a dirty scenario of blackmail, which shows how far Albanian politics has gone and Sali Berisha himself, who is not only a corrupt politician but also a degenerate old man.
