Ardian Isufi, former chief of traffic police in Vlora and currently (former) police officer in Dibër, along with his underworld associates, raped an 18-year-old waiter because he brought an extra bottle of water to his table.
This is a great insult to the villains!
The strong public reaction to this brawler demonstrating physical violence techniques with an 18-year-old who works 12 hours a day forced the police chief to take, after a few hours, a ridiculous decision: suspension until the circumstances are clarified.
What circumstances did the police director want to clarify?
