Both parties such as SP and DP have stolen mandates from the small parties they had within the coalitions. Over 130,000 votes of the small Oerd parties in 2009 were translated into mandates for DP, and out of 63 parties in the coalition, only Fatmir Mediu of PR and Dashamir Tahiri of PDIU received mandates.
In 2013 and 2017, over 110,000 votes of Oerd allied parties did not receive a mandate. Why did you want a coalition where the big party steals votes from small parties????

Që të ketë ndarje të drejtë sipas votave për çdo mandat Oerd duhet që Shqipëria të jetë vetëm një zonë zgjedhore dhe secila parti politike të kanidoj veçmas e të mos ketë prag elektoral por me prag natyral, që do të thotë se çdo parti politike nëse merr numrin e votave për 1 mandat në të gjithë Shqipërinë, le ta marri ajo atë mandat.
Dhe nuk ka pse të ketë koalicione me hile për t’ju vjedhur votat partive të vogla para zgjedhjeve, por të ketë koalicione pas zgjedhore me çdo parti politike sipas votave që i kane dhënë qytetarët.
Dhe deputet të jenë vetëm ata apo ato që votohen nga qytetaret e jo ata ose ato që pëlqehen nga kryetarët. Kjo është reformë reale zgjedhore.
Pazari Rama -Basha i 5 qershorit ishte një pisllëk për interesat e tyre dhe të një grushti vemjesh pas tyre, që i tremben votës së qytetarëve.
Madje kur KQZ vendosi që lista e kandidateve të ishte me emra, ju dhe PS u dakordësuat që PS ta ankonte në kolegj zgjedhor dhe e betë me numra si garat e qenve Oerd për të fshehur nga sytë e qytetarëve emrat e urryer dhe pa vlere për të qenë përfaqësues të tyre.

Siç u ndjetë i ç’vlerësuar brenda rithemelimit kur ju, Z Luçiano, Paloka, Ndoka dhe 21 anëtarët e kryesisë u zgjodhët me votë, dhe këta galaktiko-shpëtimtarët si Gazi, Gjekmarkaj etj, u emëruan pa votë, ashtu ndjehen të ç vlerësuar edhe ata apo ato q[ votohen me më shumë vota nga qytetarët e nuk janë deputët sepse nuk i pëlqejnë kryetarët e i pengoi herësi i Gjiknurit i dakortësuar me ju në emër të Bashës.
Opozita e ka mision dhe detyrë i nderuar Oerd të luftoj që të kthejë garën dhe sovranitetin e votës se qytetarëve, jo të dakortesohet me Ramën për të ruajtur ketë pisllëk që prej 4 palë zgjedhjesh i ka dhënë 3 herë fitore Ramës.
Edhe në vitin 2009 Oerd PD nuk fitoi por mori 68 deputet me këtë ligj ku Shqiptarët nuk zgjedhin por thjesht votojnë.
Dhe u deshën 4 mandatet e LSI për të qeverisur si mos më keq që të ishte shumice, edhe pse e them me bindje që në 34 vite pluralizëm qeverisja më e mirë e Shqipërisë ka qene 2005-2009 dhe prap me këtë sistem bastard pa garë PD nuk fitoi
Atëherë kujt i intereson që të fitoj përsëri Rama por të ruajnë karriget e qelbura të tyre një grusht vemjesh që i tremben listave të hapura??
Çfarë fitojnë qindra mijëra qytetarë opozitarë nga ky pazar i ndyrë që të rrinë përsëri deputet një grusht servilësh pa votat e qytetareve dhe Rama të jetë përsëri në pushtet???
Halli i opozitareve real të këtij vendi Oerd, është shumë e shumë më i madh se halli i karrigeve të qelbura në parlament të një grushti vemjesh, servilësh e spurdhjakesh që nuk duan garë e nuk guxojnë të provojnë veten se sa vlere kanë para votës së qytetareve.
