All of this is a lesson for Gazment Bardhi and all those who want to be with both the DP and Dumani. They must be either with the DP or with Dumani. So Bardhi is forced to write on a letter without a stamp. He has endless permission to insult Edi Rama but not to make Altin Dumani his comrades in this story. Enemies have their place with enemies. So until the stamp on his letter is received, he must reflect. He must deserve it, not confusing the priority with the opposition battle. And the priority is the fight with those who endanger Berisha, mainly the people of justice.
Rama doesn't risk it. He keeps it as an "only" child because he needs it.
