The terrible event of Vlora for 48 hours is nailing the opinion. A little more since the broadcast of the macabre video of the last moments of the life of the victim, Armando Meshau, a citizen of Vlora who dealt with the construction market.
The event in all its meaning is a true horror. But like all tragic events, it requires its own detailed chronicle to come to its gruesome end. The person who caused the trauma that led to death was immediately arrested and is in police custody, accompanied, and possibly arrested by the prosecution body.

The person who committed the tragic beating is the son of a very high state official, a member of the High Prosecution Council. The media has been talking about his son since yesterday as a real estate agent.
But the mother has not spoken publicly until today, at least to console the family members, and then to resign from the very high position she holds in the governing body of an institution such as the Prosecutor's Office.
Meanwhile, logically, the Supreme Prosecution Council should have met and given a position and not allow the entire institution to be attacked continuously by a banal event that has nothing to do with the prosecution.
We are dealing with an ethical stance in this case, which high bodies such as those who administer justice throughout the world immediately hold. Even in these cases, a drastic-draconian standard is applied.
Where is the President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj? It is the institution that serves as a communication vessel between citizens and institutions, between the state and the people. The head of the state should at least speak to separate the state from the realtor, the institution from the savage thugs who collect loot in the name of the state.
Obviously, it is an unfortunate event, a tragedy that has within it a fatality that does not admit of speculation on any side of it. But the rumors about an allishverish in a relationship with a high institution of justice are serious and require at least a reaction.
There have been resignations and departures due to serious incidents by ministers and members of the executive, even though there was no responsibility or connection to the incident. But it happened as a reaction, as a signal to at least have an effect on reducing the pain that such tragic events cause.
But here we are one step higher than the executive, we are at the top of the top of the state. Where balance requires a behavior that is not only fair but should be amber.
Someone must speak and express himself about this, and here someone is two: the President and the High Council of Prosecution.
