Both also, with a sterile perception in public opinion. And Berisha has his own reasons why he imposed the duo Argita-Ilir in this protest.
The first reason is that he has found a critical moment for the Municipality of Tirana, to impose on the opposition a duo that becomes acceptable to them.

The second reason has to do with the message for those in the party who think they are the saviors of Berisha.

So don't think that Berisha is depressed that the citizens are disappointed by the duo Argita-Ilir. Not at all. He is telling the citizens that these two are in charge. If they want to go out, if they want to stay at home, but he has them both. In fact, both of them are left.
