The defense that Saliu Ilir Meta is making is completely without legal basis before a court, because Saliu himself is accused by SPAK.
But Saliu sees this more as a defense against himself, precisely because he is also accused of corruption in SPAK.
And there are not a few of these accused by SPAK now.
But the question is this: which body is accusing them?
Saliu, with his level outside the logical-mental system, says that Edi Rama accused Meta.
Meanwhile, internationals who know that SPAK is run and paid for by the USA; laugh at Saliu and ask each other:
