The entire conference, announced with great fanfare as a "symposium of arguments and panels", turned out, as expected, into a one-man show, where only the doctor spoke.
Who has presented a material, according to which the Home Office, i.e. the Ministry of the Interior of the United Kingdom, emphasizes that the declaration "Non grata" has been supported by some materials of the Soros Foundation and writings of the Balkan news network Birn.
Anyone who has followed the communication of Sali Berisha, in the last week of May 2021, a few days after he was declared "Non Grata" by the US government, sees that even then he said more or less the same things.
That the US government is supported by the denunciations of Edi Rama, Birn, Soros' newspapers, and things like that.
So two of the world's most powerful governments, such as the US and the UK, which have centuries-old information, analysis and decision-making networks in every corner of the world, will be relied upon to deploy some local networks or media. A logic that does not stand and is not accepted by anyone who has two ideas about the issue.
The issue that should actually be analyzed, and where there are still many unknowns, is why the two superpowers are now undertaking a mega-operation to punish important politicians in the entire Balkans respectively, but also in other countries of the world . However, if the events are followed, this also has an explanation, a logical connection, but more than a media argument, it is a perspective for the symposium, where the parties raise discussions.
Basically, Berisha had nothing new to show in public about the American or even the British dossier. As that of the US government, which is based on the document of the Department of State according to law 7031(C), but also the statement of the British ambassador, after the decision of the Home Office, they have distributed a lot of data on where the decision was based drastic which is based on "inherent corruption" and links with organized crime.
It has already been talked about for a long time about these two decisions - the USA and Great Britain against Berisha, which are "dry seals" and final. Which of course have a political consequence, which we have seen for two years. As a consequence of the Non Grata, both the doctor and his important lobby cannot return to the top of politics, because as the title of the punitive orders says: "they are unwanted".
Sali Berisha's influence, however, cannot be easily extinguished. It is in the political field. He has all the opportunities to influence and lobby, but this time not at the highest level. So move the "king" as he did with Lulzim Basha. Of course, not only the doctor in Albania is in this position. There are also all the other Non Women, whether they have been punished by DASH like Doshi and Dako, or by the Treasury like Aqif Rakipi.
It was clearly seen that all the intrigue that Sali Berisha created within the DP since the fall of 2021, when Basha expelled him from the parliamentary group of the DP, has not served him, nor the opposition as a community and political entity in place.
Madje, thuajse e kanë kuptuar të gjithë se e gjithë “lufta civile” që zhvilloi Sali Berisha brenda PD-së për dy vjet, nuk ka bërë tjetër gjë, veçse kanë shkatërruar substraktin e komunitetit të aktivistëve, militantëve dhe personazheve politikë që ka tërhequr kjo forcë politike për 30 vjet. Mirë keq, ai asset, që njëherë vjen e një herë largohet, është amalgamuar(edhe pse jo 100%) në vite e vite kur e djathta ka kaluar kohën e saj të krizave. Kjo luftë e fundit ka shkatërruar një relacion, që është shumë e vështirë të ngjallet.
Ka një vakum të madh në opozitë për sa i përket kuadrove të besueshëm politik, pasi thuajse pjesa më e madhe e klasës politike aktuale janë të pabesueshëm. Këtë boshllëk, me faza dhe proces që merr kohën e saj mund ta mbushin vetëm outsider-ët që nuk kanë qenë pjesë e lojërave brenda PD-së. Por që të ndodhë procesi, duhet që atë ta orientojë komuniteti politik i një force të strukturuar që është PD-ja, kryesisht në territor. E natyrisht kjo po ndodh, pavarësisht se një pjesë e politikanëve “lart”, gjegjësisht deputetë duan të imponojnë proceset. Sado të tentojnë të krijojnë ngjarje apo sajojnë, e ndoshta shfrytëzojnë skandale të ndryshme e të bujshme, në realitet ngjarjen e prodhon politika si një koncept bazik.
Partia Demokratike në vitin 1990 nuk ishte një parti politike, as organizatë madje. Nuk ishte as si Solidarnosi i Valesës, Michnikut, intelektualëve të tjerë e Kishës Katolike Polake, apo si Karta 77 e Vaclav Havelit në Çekosllovaki, ku ka pasur organizime disidence të qartë.
Disidentët shqiptarë ishin në burgje kur u krijua PD, grupi drejtues i parë i PD-së u krijua si një substrakt intelektualësh të njohur gjatë viteve të komunizmit. E siç ndodhën eventet, përplasjet, kundërshtitë problemet mes tyre ishin të mëdha se nuk kishin as histori e as kimi politike së bashku. Por PD-në realisht e ka krijuar Perëndimi, e posaçërisht SHBA, e cila jo vetëm mbështeti opozitën e parë shqiptare, por promovoi edhe me emër drejtuesit e saj që atëherë ishin Sali Berisha e Gramoz Pashko.
Edhe sot, Perëndimi mund të krijojë një parti apo një front të ri opozitar në Shqipëri, nëse e merr këtë mision përsipër. Pasi këtu SHBA e Perëndimi është realisht një “religjion politik”. E këtë më mirë se Sali Berisha nuk e di askush, i cili ka qenë në sallonet më të larta të superfuqive Perëndimore, më shumë se askush tjetër dhe i pari fare. E duke e ditur, ai është koshient se nuk mund të krijojë në Shqipëri një formacion politik antiperëndimor. Edhe pse u mundua shumë, jo vetëm për 2 vjet, por për shumë vite e vite.
