Albanian society is eager for justice. After treating him in the Parliament as if he were their subordinate, all the Beniaminians of the late 'revolution', led by the Old Man on top of the balcony, have turned on Altin Dumani, accusing him of the prison conditions and the release of a video that the repentant of justice, Nuredin Dumani, has been in prison.
It is clear that the attacks on SPAK's Duman, who, it must be clarified, is not related by blood or kinship to the prison Duman, are being coordinated by a corrupt elite who have felt damp from the investigations and from his unparalleled resistance to of the entire rotten political system, which includes not only the majority and its members, but also the former opposition of yesterday, headed by the "non grata" leader himself.
It is no coincidence that some of those who were more aggressive towards the head of SPAK during his last report to the Assembly, are themselves the subjects of the investigations of the Special Prosecutor's Office.
Anyway, let's go back to Duman's footage of the prison, from which Duman of SPAK is being attacked, which actually has nothing to do with what happened.
First, SPAK is a prosecution institution and not a prison administration.
Secondly, the conditions of the penitent of justice derive as a consequence of a legal framework and not from the desire of the head of SPAK or any special prosecutor.
In this sense, what has happened is a total failure of the prison administration, which depends directly on the Ministry of Justice and not on SPAK, but those who attacked today only a short time ago bargained with Ulsi to release the investigated and convicted for corruption by SPAK and GJKKO.
Instead of asking for an investigation and an interpellation with the Minister of Justice about what happened, they attack the head of SPAK, whose work, even in this case, has been decisive in dismantling many criminal groups in the country.
Also, another point that can be addressed is the conditions that the penitents of justice must have, were they in accordance with the law or were they exceeded in the case of Nuredin Duman, given that the processing of such cases is done in accordance with special and non-preferential laws.
In conclusion, what is clear as daylight is that the attacks on Altin Duman are coordinated by a deeply corrupt political class and a small handful of blind militants following them from behind.
