Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with the Mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu this Tuesday.
The head of the government has shared on social networks two photos from the meeting between them, where he did not stop praising the mayor.
According to Rama, Ndreu is turning Lezha into Albania's little Spain.
"With the mayor who, year after year, is turning Lezha into the little Spain of Albania, discussing the challenge of transforming Rana i Hedhun into a five-star Mediterranean tourism destination," writes Rama.
Also, Rama writes that the mayor of Lezha has an "old obsession" to challenge the Albanian coast that is wet by the Ionian Sea with a fantastic development in the part that is wet by the Adriatic Sea.
"Pjerini has an old obsession to challenge Ion with a fantastic development in the Adriatic. If he joins Benet, there is a good chance that they will succeed, but the problem is that he wants to challenge Shkodra as well", writes Rama.
Meanwhile, the prime minister has not yet reacted regarding the 58-story tower that will be built in the park behind the Opera Theater in Tirana, for which work has already begun.
