The outgoing head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, after returning from a festive trip to the US with drums, dancing, and a protocol reception, has decided not to leave any screen empty.
With the energy gained from the tourist-institutional visits, as soon as he landed in Tirana, he started the marathon of meetings: Dumani in a meeting, Dumani in the office, Dumani with delegations, Dumani with a Serbian prosecutor (the Serbian criminal), Dumani in embassies, Dumani waiting... in other words, a 24/7 reality show. A "selfie" campaign that surpasses even Instagram influencers.
It seems to me that Dumani is taking the vacant place of "Lali Er", who once, for every breath, appeared in the media with a planted tree. Only, unlike Erion Veliaj who left us the "millionth tree", Altini is leaving us nothing but the "millionth meeting". It would be more stylish, at least, to plant an "Altin tree" in the SPAK yard, so that he has a memory before leaving the boss's office!
But here comes the bitter truth. The time to pack up is approaching. The keys to the office must be handed over to someone else. And while the majority promises new constitutional "chairs". But the experience of this government has taught us that these chairs often turn into park benches, where you see everything, but you no longer have any power to decide except your own!
So, Altin, enjoy this latest "reality show." Unlike your trips to the US, this one has no "return ticket."
