The key man who was responsible for the business in Albania for the repackaging of Chinese cartridges, David Packouz, Diverol's partner, clearly says that we won the contract thanks to the recommendation that Ylli Pinari made for the businessman Delijorgji, who arranged the meeting where Shkëlzen Berisha was also present.
"In the end, Ylli Pinari says: I will arrange a meeting with the person who will make this decision. And secures a meeting with the person called Delijorgji. Delijorgji, we found out later, was the head of the Albanian mafia. And in some way he is involved with this and is connected with the prime minister's son, who was present at the meeting".

Shkëlzen's attempt to say that this Packouz was not at the meeting is ridiculous, as he does not say that I was at the meeting, but says that it was Shkëlzeni with Deljiorgji and his partner.
So Shkëlzeni wants to deny that Packouz was not in the meeting, which no one claims.
Even more banal is the story that Diveroli's courtroom statement tries to explain.
Shkëlzen Berisha has lost that battle with the trial he opened in the USA. He, just as he believes his own lies, thought that the American justice system could also believe his lies and opened a lawsuit against the author of the book on Gërdec for this story, trying to use Diveroli's statement in the trial.
Diveroli's statement is a lawyer's maneuver to reduce his sentence, since if he were to admit that he had bribed the prime minister's son, he would receive 8 more years in prison, from the 4 he received.
And American justice pointed this out to Shkëlzen Berisha in the court decision that he lost and that still has not explained how he paid dearly for that court procedure, where he demanded 60 million dollars in damages.
The moment he has lost this trial, he has lost the right to invent a lie to distance himself from this story. The US trial against him rejected his claim that he was not involved in the story.
As did his father's trial in London, which rejected his claims that he has no ties to criminal groups and is not involved in corruption.
Shkëlzen Berisha is accused not only of having met Diveroli with Ylli Pinari and Delijorgjin, but more than that, of being the guarantor of power for that contract. He might not have been at the meeting at all, because a phone call was enough for him. It was because he was arrogant and sure that the power was his.
And this is the charge against him. This should be faced in court and in SPAK, and not with his childish inventions about who was and who was not at that meeting.
They do not enter into the work of man. What is a criminal offense is the capture of the state by the Berisha family and the fact that a contract was only related to his support.
That is why it should be investigated and judged. Then whoever was not at the meeting is not a criminal offense. The rest of us weren't at that meeting either, but that doesn't excuse Shkëlzen. He blames the fact that he has been in a meeting on behalf of his father's power to make millions. He would be just as guilty if he was not at the meeting at all, but that the meeting was organized under his support, which is a thousand percent certain.
If we go back to 2008, at first he stated that he did not know Delijorgji at all, then that he never spoke on the phone and now that he has never been in a meeting.
But when the tabulations came out that he spoke 20 times a week and half an hour after the explosion crying his troubles, he agreed to lick what he had spat. So don't rush the meeting either. And if there is something, let him explain it to SPAK, not to the press.
