The Socialist Party and its government blocked IPARD funds for farmers because they stole them. All farmers in neighboring countries receive hundreds of millions of euros in grants per year from the European Union. Albanian farmers have not received a single penny for two years.
He says, "Now vote for us, we will let you into the EU, and then the EU will give us 300 million euros a year in 2030."
Now, with this government, the EU will not give a single penny to farmers. Not today, not next year, and not even in 2030. Do you know why?

They hired an auditing company, the Ministry of Finance and Agriculture. They gave it somewhere between 300-400 thousand euros to audit IPARD grants, supposedly to find defects and abuses in the process, as it was a condition from the EU for the funds to be resumed.
But do you know what will really happen? They have made the scheme like this.
The audit company will make the report and say that the EU and OLAF wasted their money. IPARD money was not stolen in Albania. There were some small problems like everywhere else in other countries. The world even films these things.
These people know the EU like the work of a millet here, that they steal from it, lie to it, mock it, insult it and nothing happens. But there is exactly Noc and Rrok there.
