There is a new echelon in the Democratic Party, consisting of a group of deputies who are trying to rise above the parties, neither with Sali Berisha's group nor with Lulzim Basha's. These deputies even made one of the super discoveries of recent times, Basha has a "paramilitary" group just like Berisha.
I have carefully followed the reactions after that clash that the pressure was very reprehensible and wrong towards MPs and journalists. However, these MPs must produce evidence that Basha was at the head of this group of 10 people.
Second, if the principle that violence is unacceptable, how can it be said that we are ready for negotiations with Sali Berisha, who in the eyes of all the media at noon, in January 2022, could even execute them!
These MPs are unclear to the extent that, in addition to offering solutions without solutions, they are individuals who, with the exception of a few, have not won any political battles, and have not even undertaken such. Their political career was forgiven by Lulzim Basha, and now they are looking for another gift, but from Sali Berisha.
The latter at this stage is ready to offer everything except the post of party chairman. The thesis of the last few days is that Berisha releases the candidate for prime minister and keeps the party, and how can someone govern with the party against?
No one knows. But, if you remember the SP when it was in power in 1997-2005, the facts show that Fatos Nano, party leader, changed the prime ministers based on the position of the moon!
Whoever feeds this thesis is either naive or playing Berisha's game. Even from this clash came the name of Ilir Meta's LSI in 2005.
The Democratic Party needs a leader who will speak openly to the citizens about how he will govern the country tomorrow, in order to further gain their trust. Not to increase even more the agony in which DP has been immersed for 2 years.
And despite this, the complex from this approach of some MPs or these barren theses, should not prevent even Lulzim Basha or anyone else who aims to lead, to speak openly and clearly whether or not they want to lead the party, with the great risk that in 2025 can enjoy power or early retirement.
Ambiguity cannot have ambiguity reaction. The message for the future is what PD lacks, I hope not for a long time!
