What is the fault of Eno or any other Eno who may have taken these bottles when those who were supposed to seize or preserve them didn't even bother to do so?
VIP wine cellar with wines worth around 4-5 million euros owned by the government coordinator between Kapo, or as they affectionately call him, Palloshi, and the "chunky guys" who administer every tender and concession in Albania
This VD clearly shows that there are wines of the Romano Conti brand worth 30 thousand euros per bottle, Petrus worth 4-5 thousand euros per bottle, Pavia worth 3-4 thousand euros per bottle and then "low-end" wines like Ornelaja, Gaja, Sasikaja, Opus One, etc. with "ridiculous" prices of 400-500 euros per bottle.
After a record was kept of about 1,180 bottles and the winery was filmed under the supervision of SPAK and BKH, since the bottles were without fiscal stamps, i.e. without paying excise duty and without being cleared through customs, then the "ustallars" of customs, anti-smuggling and customs investigation were called to seize them.
According to the law, all goods had to be seized and sent to the warehouses of the Tirana Customs Directorate until they were confiscated by a court decision.
But to "surprise", the goods "disappeared" and immediately the Tirana Prosecutor's Office announced that it had declared Eno Agas wanted.
I have some questions for the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.
How did the prosecution find out that citizen Eno Agasi had received bottles of wine worth 4-5 million euros??
Did the police and customs tell you that they would have loaded the bottles into the van themselves, or did the police, customs, and BKH go to sleep for 2-3 hours and tell Enos: come on, "guard" it for a while until we wake up????
What is the fault of Eno or any other Eno who may have taken these bottles when those who were supposed to seize or preserve them didn't even bother to do so?
And why should Eno or Enot let these bottles be seized, then confiscated, and then sent to state reserves and sold at auction, because the "chicks" would still buy them, even at a ridiculous price because they would become "expired" with documents.
So, for the sake of time, the state bodies decided without a decision but with understanding that the wine would go to the owner, but to another winery or warehouse, and SPAK, BKH, and Customs have the minutes and the VD as a reminder and they did not care at all about the wine of Gys Kapo of Palloshi.
This is very similar to an old joke where a drunk goes to buy meat at a store and after paying and getting the receipt, he tells the salesperson: "Get it ready, I'll come get it later."
The time comes when the seller would go to sleep, just like those who guarded the wine, and he closes the shop, leaving the meat hanging in the window.
When the drunkard comes to get the bag of meat, he sees that the meat is being eaten by dogs on the street.
He, drunk and laughing, stands there a little surprised and then says to the dogs:
You're telling me that you're eating the meat, I have the bill in my pocket.
