But what has SPAK done? Five years of "investigation" and no decision, no arrest, no accountability!
A shocking video refutes any alibi of SPAK. In this clear material, it is clearly seen that the former Minister of Defense, Olta Xhacka, has ordered the closure of legal procedures and the transfer of the army's assets to oligarchs connected to power. This criminal act is not simply an abuse of office, but a flagrant violation of the Constitution and a pure betrayal of national interests.
But the scandal does not end there. Bardhyl Kollçaku, a self-proclaimed general, not only signed the destruction of the army's property, but also received the shameful reward of a mandate as a member of parliament. So, the property of the Albanians was sold, the navy was surrendered, and Kollçaku was bought off with political chairs.
In world history, generals are remembered for great battles, for sacrifices and for the loss of lives in defense of the homeland, but our general, Bardhyl Kollçaku, will not be remembered for bravery or military contributions, he will go down in history as the general of the oligarchs, the man who betrayed the Albanian nation by selling the assets of the army and turning them into the spoils of power for the narrow interests of politics and business connected to it.
While in public statements he appeared to be "concerned" about the port and the navy, in reality he humbly served the mafia project of the oligarchy. This is illegal influence in decision-making, a pure criminal offense, for which SPAK has a constitutional obligation to act.
But what has SPAK done? Five years of "investigation" and no decision, no arrest, no accountability! SPAK's silence is complicity in crime and a shame for Albanian justice.
This video is evidence that should have put Xhaçka, Kollçaku and the entire political-military chain behind bars that sold the country's assets to the oligarchs. Every day that passes without arrests is another proof that justice in Albania is captured, sold and kneeling before power and money.
