The media would reveal it later, when the whole configuration of the amnesty would come to light and a whole contingent of corrupt people would be free. And, while Manja already has the simpler "moral justification" that a group of officials of the majority are in front of SPAK with much bigger issues, the concern is that the path of Bardhi and Reestablishment is the same.
The biggest (from the last) problem of today, which was addressed to Albania, was related to the freedom of the press. Then, as it usually happens, a group of ghosts part of the journalists' organization structures explained why the media is not free.
There was little room for amnesty, which unfortunately, although it was branded by the media and transparency was constantly demanded from the SP and "Re-establishment", it did not happen.
Gazmend Bardhi, the head of the parliamentary group and the official protagonist of "Re-establishment", after sarcasm and perhaps the permanent battle in the parliament, showed that he was the main collaborator of what the media warned him about: Flirting and submission to the majority. It was surprising that even some of the officials of the Reestablishment did not know the draft and in the television studio they announced that it is impossible to amnesty the people of corruption! The opposite happened.
Ulsi Manja, the Minister of Justice, for his part assured that there was no amnesty for corruption, while Bardhi, for his part, made a big public show: Never them, it's just that the majority loves them. As it happens with these two political forces, after some war, where they even reach Molotov, in the end they will always find the language. Without further ado, in the end, the "Bardhi" amendment practically proposed to prohibit the reduction of punishment for high-ranking officials (ministerial level, mayor...., provided for in points "b", "c" and "ç" of Article 75/ a), but all other officials convicted of the criminal offenses found in point "a" of Article 75/a of the Code of Criminal Procedure should benefit from the Amnesty.
Future projection and hope remain dark. There are two forces, as they have done over the years, tearing the country apart. Maybe the word is heavy, but you understand because the news of the mass flight of people does not "impress me". But dropping out of school for this reason is even more serious. In a recent BIRN report it was stated that only: "In Shkodra district, 19 public schools have been closed in the last 5 years, while dozens more have returned to schools with collective classes as a result of emigration - a process that harms the children and makes the work difficult for the teachers". If this statistic were extended to the country, the result would be even more painful.
This is one of the rarest readings, because the public is unfortunately more interested in the exploits of BB VIP and the happenings with the "velinas" than the real concerns. But even here lies a problem that is hitting the media every day: receiving and conveying topics from outside Tirana. What is conveyed in the mainstream media is simply what happens with politics and sterile debates that show nothing or worse: the pathos for amnesty and pending arrests of SPAK instead of real concerns.
The media in our country, just like years ago, have informality, the missing funds for quality improvement and the undoing of the public's interest, so news about the districts is increasingly scarce and essential. Those reports, which come sugaring Albania and justifying themselves that they are showing beauty, forget that the reportage soaks the pen in pain even when it shows our immeasurable "beauty" and our "bravery and age".
Albania is shrinking so much that even the results of the Census are no longer "interesting" to anyone. Separate the complaint of businesses about labor power, consumption and above all surveys, where many bandages want to leave, so that you stop dealing with the media and with the complainers about its freedom. Even in a dictatorship, the public finds the information, but Albania is no longer finding the people. He remembers this this weekend, when Bardhi & Co play the moralist and everyone cries for the freedom of the press. We are all abandoning Albania little by little.
