He lost the elections on May 14 a year ago in the Municipality of Himara with all the unprecedented repression. He was a serious friend in the face of the great interests he had. He should definitely win.
He had to win them without any other because precisely on the victory of these elections depended the fate of the spider scheme that he had woven for himself for many, many projects related to his family interests, but the interests of the many donations made by him to people with power influence.
He has found an Albania on the way and for him it is no one's homeland where for everyone he knows and who is worth his power there is a gift, there is a concession or something similar. A "charity" that I have never read or heard of.
I have a reasonable certainty that Edi Rama has taken the longest route with these elections, which he himself repeated with the orders he gave to all institutions to open the way, threatening those who hesitate with "nuclear strikes".
Rama is repeating the crap of the May 14 elections with another crap today, which is more mafia-like and anti-democratic than the first, in every direction of the beginning and end of the process.
The repeat elections of Himara with all their political, legal and democratic indicators are the copied image of the general local elections held throughout the territory of Albania on May 14, 2023.

Besoj se me këto kushte do ta ketë nisur rrugën e rekrutimit të Vangjel Tavos, i cili e kishte akuzuar dikur si hajdut votash. Brenda një afere, më jep të jap ndihmën e pushtetit me pashë. Kështu ka vazhduar rrugën plani për grabitjen e Bashkisë së Himarës, i cili ka një mal të madh me kapërcime, që tregojnë qartë se as këto zgjedhje të fituara nga dikush tjetër më parë nuk duheshin anuluar e përsëritur, por as Vangjel Tavo nuk kishte pse të katapuktohej në Himarë.
Por ndërsa Vangjel Tavo mbetet si risia e pare e zgjedhjeve të përsëritura me forcë në Himarë, kryekomisioneri i zgjedhjeve Ilirian Çelibashi mbetet risia e dytë dhe më e nxira e këtyre zgjedhjeve.
Kryekomisioneri i zgjedhjeve ishte njeriu i parë që duhej të reagonte fortë kur Tavo dhe zyrtarët e lartë shtetëror shpërndanin certifikata pronësie në Himarë në valën e fushatës elektorale. Por nuk e bëri.
Madje harroi se ka përgjegjësi etike dhe ligjore, si ndaj rekomandimeve problematike OSBE- ODIR, ashtu dhe ndaj ligjit shqiptarë.
Përfytyro se çfarë të pa besueshme po ndodhin!
Një njëqindvjeçari i mohohet vota në Himarë. E pse? Se i ka mbaruar koha fizike e afatit të kartës. Dhe pretendohet se në Himarë ka 100 të tillë.
Me mijëra i janë shtuar listës që rezultojnë të mos jenë banor por pushues ose përfaqësues të oligarkëve me të cilat Rama parashikon që të stolis në prespektivë të ardhmen e pronave të tij.
Mbi 6000 qytetar të Himarës u ndaluan qëllimisht me truk shtetëror nga e drejta për te votuar, sepse iu ka mbaruar afati i kartës. Dhe kjo ka ndodhur në një popullsi me 22 mijë votues nga ku vetëm 8000 kanë shprehur votë.
Në një kohë kur të gjitha veprimet janë kryer normalisht në bankë dhe kudo me këtë kartë identiteti nga këta njerëz, me urdhër shtetëror janë ndaluar të votojnë.
Në një kohë kur shteti i bëri të vlefshme këto karta thjesht me një urdhër të ministrit të brendshëm një vit më pare, sot ndërpritet arsyetimi mëtejshëm. Shteti zbulohet më qartë sa nuk ka më ku të vej, se nuk i ka dashur këta votues të shprehnin vullnetin e tyre. Tek pavlefshmëria e këtyre kartave të pa vlefshme gjendet manipulimi i pushtetit dhe Komisionit Qendror të Zgjedhjeve se bashku, me në krye Ilirian Celibashin.
Kryekomisioneri Celibashi i cili duhej ta aktivizonte institucionalisht alarmin dhe të gjendej një zgjidhje çka në çdo kohë do ishte e mundur, qëllimisht ka heshtur.

Repeated elections with violence, overcoming any normality of the law, were designed according to his "magnificent" idea, that I am everything and here it is done according to my interest and will, where beyond this will even the people themselves fall on the stone. So there is no way he can contradict me.
This election in all its guise was nothing more than a depressing ritual of theft.
The whole process of these elections was a wool spun with the fork of Usta's intrigue that if we make a retrospective of the beginning and end of this process, it started with the imprisonment of Fredi Bejler.
Finally, we should all know well that these elections were another strong evidence that this result will await us in all possible elections with this system of manipulation that the regime has created, if we do not reverse it and give it to the people the opportunity to express the free will of the vote only through a technical government.
The corrupt power of drug and drug crime lives on with the pharaonic image of its continuance, but if we stand up and face it, as we really must, we will be amazed at the weakness of its reversal.
