The Greek police have discovered the criminal organization of Albanians that was involved in drug cultivation and trafficking. A 38-year-old Albanian was arrested in Greece as a member of this organization.
Foti Llambris from Skrapari, the last four months together with other associates, had cultivated a large amount of cannabis plants with the aim of selling it.
Greek police seized 812 cannabis plants. According to the Greek media, the criminal organization would have monetary benefits of up to 1 million euros.
It is reported that the members of the organization first bought cannabis seeds and specialized equipment and then chose an area with high and wild vegetation as a cultivation site, so as not to be easily recognized.
Also, the members of the organization for their communication within the cultivation site used operational telephone equipment and radio frequency mobile equipment, which they charged in photovoltaic panels, while at the same time they had configured auxiliary spaces, which they used to observe the plantation .
At the end of the operation, the Greek police also seized: 2 lenses, 1 mobile phone, binoculars, radio receiver, solar panels, cultivation equipment, monetary amounts of 100 euros and 1500 Albanian lek, as well as a vehicle.
