A 54-year-old man, identified as Bardh Lula alias Bardhyl Luli, has been extradited from Italy to Albania, after being declared wanted for a triple murder that occurred in 1993, in Torovicë.
'He entered and stayed illegally in Italy, with false documents, while he was wanted by the authorities in Albania, for triple murder, in 1993, in Torovicë, the 54-year-old is extradited.
The localization of this citizen, the result of the information provided by the State Police, about his location, and the exchange of this information between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Rome.
As a result of the intensive work of the State Police, for the location and capture of the wanted citizens, the continuous coordination between the counterpart offices of Interpol, in Tirana and Rome, as well as the verifications carried out in cooperation with the Police of Lezha, extradition from Milan, of citizen Bardh Lula alias Bardhyl Luli, 54 years old.
The Criminal Panel of the Supreme Court has sentenced this citizen to 25 years of imprisonment, since on 12.06.1993, in the place called "Kroi i Denica", Torovicë, he killed 3 citizens.
From the further verifications carried out by the State Police and the Italian Police, it turned out that the citizen Bardh Lula alias Bardhyl Luli, since 1993, had entered and stayed in Italy, with false documents.
The 54-year-old was handed over to the General Directorate of Prisons, for further action, the police announced.
